Ross Jackson is GREAT!!! I love when him and Mike Triplett are on..

Mike triplett is great. Ross Jackson may be a good guy but he leaves something to be desired with his Saints opinions. I hardly agree with anything he says. Is nothing personal.

Mike Vrabel is going to coach the Patriots. He is why they fired Mayo.

It'd be fun if they hired Todd Monken, the OC for the Ravens. Former coach at Southern Miss turned things around there

One thing i don't get about Ross saying is that Loomis will be evaluated for performance. Evaluated by who? Gayle Benson?

This team is hamstrung with Salary Cap mismanagement, Poor Draft Talent Evaluation, Retaining/ Overpaying Veterans with little upside... Problems which all stem from one source: GM Mickey Loomis. As long as he's calling the shots, don't expect much to change in the Who Dat Nation in 2025.

I wouldn’t mind either Joe Brady or Aaron Glenn
However I would prefer an offensive minded head coach.
For everyone saying Aaron Glenn would be DA 2.0 I just wanna say I get it he is another defensive coach and that argument does make some sense.
But DA didn’t fail bc he was a defensive minded coach he failed bc he was a bad leader the players didn’t respect him at all they lacked motivation and effort which falls back on him being a bad leader and he didn’t bring a good culture the players didn’t wanna play for him which is why he failed as a head coach.
If Aaron Glenn could bring great culture and leadership than we might just have something with him even though he is a defensive coach so I will be ok with the hire if we go that direction.
    Who Dat!

Just like any team the saints thrive on culture. Every loss with DA you could just tell the team silently quit on each other. I think everyone wants an offensive minded coach because of one bad defensive minded coach and wants someone like a Sean Payton to come in and fix. I think we gotta fix the GM spot first but that's unlikely.

    • @davidalexander3724

I just want what worked the first time. Which was Mickey Loomis signing a young offensive minded HC in Sean Payton. That worked. So why would he try and flip the script?

    • @brantfekete7812
      @brantfekete7812 2 дні тому +1

@@thecheesecakehandler I agree with fixing the GM first but since Mickey is basically untouchable let’s hope we can get a coach who can cover him up like Sean Payton did!

Please explain how the Saints have the 9th pick in the 2025 draft and the Panthers are 8th, but the Saints came in last in their division behind the Panthers. Also the Saints are 8th in the leagues overall standings. Thanks! GEAUX SAINTS!

Different tiebreakers: for the draft the tiebraker is strenght of schedule, for the division the tiebraker is strenght of wins (record of teams you beat)

Honestly, I can't see a proven head coach working for Mickey Loomis knowing Mickey Loomis will actually handle the drafting, (he didn't do this with Sean Payton) cutting, making bad contract deals, hiring other sub-par coaching personnel, and coaching (unless like Dennis Allen making a lot of money)? Can real Saints fans go another 3 years of mediocrity?
