The first salesman sounded like he was trying to sell you vegetables and fish.
That’s ridiculous. $230-320 for a polish. Customers are already paying over what the metal actually goes for and yet still chargers customers for a clean/polish. That should be life time guarantee.
and fyi, polishing it will reduce the total weight of the metal. basically shaving it off.

I got my rose gold for almost 3 - 4 years now and I haven't notice any colour change. Hope this helps :)

I’m sorry I did not understand the process. Did they clean it while you waited in the store? Or was is sent out and you were picking it up? When I was at a store they cleaned up our rings and they looked so much better. Now I’m thinking how did he do it and did I have the service that took away some gold or not? As I would like to have it done again In store but def don’t want to loose gold on it if that makes sense.
Hi Jennifer , yes they cleaned while I was browsing around :) that service is called quick shine. For the service called REPOLISH ( would took away some gold) max 3 times on love bracelet - you would need to leave it there and pick up after done. QUICK SHINE is what they did for me in the video ( would not take away any gold) about 30mins. Hope all the information are helpful 🤗
