Before I start watching I just want to say this: out of every high end and expensive purchase I’ve ever made, my two love bangles being me more joy than anything else! I love them and love everything about them. I never take them off except for when I’m having an MRI. They’re worth the money for the pleasure they bring me every day.
I'm so glad you enjoy them 🫶
@@IamGPS I really love them. I don’t care if a lot of people have them. To me, they’re really special.
Me, too. I have love for Love bracelet. I have known it long before the hype. I bought 2 plain ones; then alternating diamond and screw came out so I bought two more. And now, I am about to purchse the pavé diamond with which I will end my Love bracelet journey. I had other contenders but in the end it just came down to Love.

Lmfaoooooo
I love the Cartier Love bracelet! I also own the Med Clash and regular JUC bracelets. What I love about Cartier is that they actually put a lot of gold into their bracelets without cheaping out. They all range from 35-40 grams each. When comparing to most luxury brands, Cartier uses the most gold. And I just love the simplicity of the love bracelet that I actually own two! I also have the love ring, clash ring, and clash necklace. At this moment, I am done with Cartier, but will forever cherish my pieces bc Cartier is such an iconic jewelry brand which we can’t deny. I love my pieces, not bc everyone else is wearing it, but bc I am a sucker for luxury jewelry and Cartier just happens to be my top choice. My holy grail bracelet would have to be the full pave love bracelet in YG. Maybe one day! Lol
Good to know, thank you!
I mean, I say start with Cartier and then go to alternative brands if that's what you would like. Buy nice or buy it twice. Why go for an alternative if what you want is a Cartier love Bracelet? I really enjoy your videos though. Just keep the conversation going.
It's good to be aware of what else is out there 🫶
Agreed!!
I have a yellow gold Love cuff that I bought in 2016. I’ve worn it almost daily. It has been a good piece of jewelry for me. My husband has bought several of the other Love collection pieces.
The plain yellow gold Love cuff is the Cartier piece I use with the French Tank watch. Those are my only two Cartier pieces and I like that I can take off both.
Clash de Cartier - the bracelet that finished all bracelet searches for me (I had the Love and the JUC - VCA perlee - none of them excite me like the Clash)
I got VCA Perlée signature bracelet 2 months ago. I am bored Cartier Love bracelet that so many people wear them like a uniform 🤪
Right?? 😅
@@IamGPSYessss, 😂
I agree with your view on Cartier. I prefer antique jewellery which is unique.
I hate the thought of owning a piece that so many other people own. More so if it is from a loved one. Can’t they gift more creatively 😮
My thoughts exactly 🫶
The one thing missing here is that the Love bracelet stands out for the "sentiment" it brings. Most people do not buy it themselves. People give it to their loved ones to "seal" a special moment of intimacy or celebration. It's a piece that has a lot of meaning behind it coming with a screw and and a screwdriver.....It's not about the bracelet itself but it is about what it stands for.
Women love it not because of the shape or style, but because of the meaning behind it. It's not just a piece of jewelry but a reminder of someone or an occasion that is very special.
Jewelry for women is not just for the looks or price but the sentiment and "the moment" that comes with it. Love bracelet might be expensive price wise but not many bracelets express 'the moment" like it. Just my humble opinion.
Hi! Absolutely agreed, but I just want to add some manhattan lore since you specified the sentiment for women. The Love bracelet was designed for gay men in the 70s to signal a permanent relationship similar to the way that wedding rings were (safely/legally) able to for heterosexual couples. Given that it's pride month (yay!) that seems especially important to point out, even if it is just greenwich gay lore lol
@@asunbeam5479 Thank you so much ! I should have known given the number of gay friends I have that wear them!
Now I love them even more! 💕
Agreed! My husband bought me my love bracelet for our 2nd wedding anniversary
Absolutely, which is why I also mentioned Foundrae as an alternative when it comes to commemorating a special chapter in life 🫶
it's literally a slave shackle
From $2k to $7k in three years, ridiculous.
The love bracelet is timeless.
And you do not think the “Birkins, Kelly’s & Constance bags” are “overdone & over promoted & over-hyped” with all the super fakes & copies out there? I’m personally beginning to feel embarrassed carrying Hermes bags, as it has become today, so loud & desperately obvious in my humble opinion.
Absolutely, I'm steering clear of not only Birkin / Kelly bags at the moment but also anything with a Kelly twist closure 🙌
@@IamGPS 💐
Loved this video GPS! The date bangle at the end is now at the top of my wish list and also the symbol bracelet! They are absolutely STUNNING!
Aww I'm so glad you like them 🫶
Thanks for sharing, GPS 👍🏻
Thank you for tuning in 🫶
Here I thought I’d find alternatives I can afford but I’m being thrown more beautiful and more expensive options that I’m now obsessed with. 💀
I still love my Cartier pieces lol. However, I still think Cartier Love and Birkin/Kelly are as overrated. There are tons of replica out there. 😅
As long as they bring you joy, wear them 🫶
I know the Cartier love bracelet is supposed to be “unisex“, but to me, it always looks feminine
One more thing😝😝, I totally agree with you talking about the CDC bracelet cuz they are chic and also timeless at least that’s what I think. I have it 724 on my wrist😘😘
Beautiful 😍
Loved the video as always!
Glad you enjoyed it 🫶
I love this video, thank you for your recommendations. I have been keeping my eyes on the Chanel COCO Crush since Lily Depp wore them.
Besides all these branded fine jewelry, I think having a tennis bracelet is a must in my jewelry collection cuz they are so versatile and easy to stack with every other piece I have. That’s just my humble opinion. 🙏🏻🙏🏻😘😘
Absolutely 🙌 If you prefer more delicate pieces, a tennis bracelet is timeless classic 💎
The only positive thing I can say is the resale value was pretty good when I sold all of mine.
You were lucky; I got ripped off by Cartier and by Ritchie's Auction House in Toronto.
Trixie, I'm so glad you were able to part ways with them at the right moment 🙌
Agreed. I feel like it’s a status symbol piece. If you didn’t know how much it costs and had to guess, you would think it cost maybe $200.
Soooo true that everyone & their neighbors have the LOVE bracelets. But r they real, haahaaa. 😜🤦🏻♀️ Jewelry will be used more than a B/K for me. Thanks for sharing my love. 🙏🏼❤️😘😘😘Sandy
To be honest, Tiffany’s and Cartier are over priced junk. They’re just over hyped by people who want to look like they have money. The quality is awful for the price you’re paying. Not worth buying. I’d much rather buy custom made quality jewelry.
Custom made is a great way to go 🫶
Chaumet also has many beautiful pieces and interesting collections. Cartier pieces are nice but definitely overrated.
I agree! I really enjoy how shiny and simple the Bee My Love line is!
Great recommendation 🫶
I also like the Bee my love collection 🥰🥰
I have alternating diamond Bee My Love both ring and bracelet. Ring is defintely not worth the money and I regret buying it. Especially because of the design, the edges can scratch the skin 😢. Although bracelet wears much better but I don't know why but as time passes I keep on losing interest in it. I no longer feel the passion when I first bought it 😢
It’s just a symbol for the wannabe people that want to show off. I would choose any other gold
bracelet over it, even if it was free. It’s all just marketing and without that I would not find it even cute. This has nothing to do with understatement and really rich people would never wear it.
But european royal family members are use cartier love bracelet . I dont know what shoul i do 🤔 Please reply my comment

Interesting fact: Chanel' rose gold is actually called beige gold!
LOL...i've just begun accumulating.
I agree 100%. It’s overpriced considering how mass-produced it is.
All of those boutique Cartier, VC&A or Tiffany things are a total rip-off. I got burned on the Les Musts de Cartier things.
Sorry to hear that 😞
I don’t know if the company still exists but Raymond Yard used to do stunning jewels. Most old money clients, Joan Crawford being a rare film star he accepted. In Australia, Stephan Canturi does stunning jewels. No love bracelet for me! If I could finance Cartier, it would be a panther for me. Thank you for the video!
I wish I saw this video many many years ago… I bought a few of these love bracelets . they are NOT as good an investment piece as the birkin/kelly.. and they look tacky after a while … 😖..
Couldn't agree more 🙌
If you bought those bracelets " many many years ago..." you would not lose any money on them. Probably would even make some.
You’re paying for the brand. Invest instead. It’ll pay off. I can’t with the luxury brands!
I prefer bulgari. I find the love bracelet equivalent to a Gucci hat - repulsive and tacky.
Bracelets for men please...
I’ve enjoyed watching your videos but I think they could be greatly improved by being more concise. You are extremely repetitive, which makes your videos a bit tiresome and boring. You take many minutes to say something that could be said in several seconds. I don’t think I can watch anymore.
