Wow.
Just started watching but hear ya'll are catching some HUGE 3 pound crappie over there. One day I will make it out there. Just looked and it is only 1932 miles from my house, 28 hours without traffic delays. ha ha. I though Texas had big fish, we do, but those are amazing!!! We just do not have schooling fish here because it is all timber. I have only seen them schooling in person once in my life.
Thanks brother, let me know and we’ll make it happen.
Nice job Jim! Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching! Greatly appreciated
You guys are so good! 😂 so hard to find them
Yes they are hard to find, but you just have to keep driving and search and you’ll find them eventually. Thanks brother.
Another great Video. Thanks for great report. Hope to see ya on the water soon.
Thank you very much.
Awesome job Jim!!! Those are some nice slabs brother, and congrats on the 10K Subs!!!!!!!! You and your wife are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Appreciate it very much Gabe.
this is the kinda guide I want for my slabs...great video
Great to hear! Just give me a ring when you’re ready.
Awesome catches, buddy. Enjoyed watching you slayed😉😎
Thank you so much Sou.
Awesome as usual!! The crappies in that lake must have a good forage base and grow fast !! The sizes you and your wife have caught in the past seem to average 13 inches or more.
Yes, there’s plentiful of threadfin shads in this lake. Thank you very much
@fishingaddict5638 You're welcome, I like it when you share details on how livescope works and how you use it. I will be getting a unit soon.
Niceeee fish
Thank you appreciate it.
Amazing fishing video!! Tha KS for sharing 💯💯💯💯💯💯
Thank you
@@fishingaddict5638 your welcome 💯👍
I usually do not target slabs. I normally just catch them accidentally when targeting bass in Minnesota. You got them dialed!!! 👍👍👍
Thank you very much
Man you seem fine them every time heading out the Tuesday hope still there
Good luck.
Hi
Lena here from Kalkal. We have been working on high-quality boots for years and boots made from environment-friendly material is our priority. We are going to release an upgraded deck boot.
We think the waterproof & anti-slip boot will be a great helper for when you outdoor fishing.are you interested in testing boots? Thank you😊
Do you have a website to look at the boots? Thanks for the offer.
Thanks for the very informative report! Showing screenshot sizes of schools, divulging length of time between some of the thumps, and closing with the number of hours you spent on the water gave this viewer a useful and realistic perspective of your outing. Noticed you’re rocking the LVS 34 vs the LVS 32 livescope transducer. Can you articulate any performance differences you’ve experienced between the two? Harkening back to the “caveman” days before livescope, how many fish do you think you would have caught this outing using only side-imaging given the small size of the schools? Any predictions that schools will get larger before the spawners migrate to the shallows? Lastly, did you try casting that rod rigged with the bobber or were you just dead-sticking it out the back of the boat? Thanks again for helping me the other day resolve my transducer woes. Very much appreciated!
I’ve always had the lvs32 so I cannot speak of the other one. These schools are small ,so If I had SI only I might get less than half and Who knows maybe even blank out. This year is starting to look like last year and if that’s the case it will be tough fishing. I tried the bobber rod but did not catch anything. Thanks
I like your aluminum boat. What model is it? Do you do fishing guides in other lakes instead of Ckear Lake? I remember about 40 years ago, the fish in Clear Lake, doing the summer, all the fish had something on them. Maybe leeches. But they were 1/4 to 1/2 inch long. The fish did not taste good!
Strange, because I don’t see anything like that on the fish. I have a 2014 Crestliner Kodiak 18feet.
🐐
Thank you
💜🎣
Thank you
2ft visibility would be awesome clarity for here..... Water level changes affect the fish here almost more than everything.... You still got on some good'uns.....
We will be getting a lot more rain in the coming months and who knows what that will do to the bite. Hopefully they’ll still be around the same areas. Thanks SK.
You have given us a new optimism and hope 👍👍👍❤❤👍👍👍, ❤❤❤❤ The way you do everything is so special 🌹🌹💛💚💙💚❤💛❤🩹💚💙💙💛🧡❤🍊🍊🍊❤❤🍊🍊🍊🍊💖👍👍👍👍👍
I really appreciate it, thank you so much for stopping by.
Nice , as usual. Thanks. What rod brand, length, size are you using?
I’m using St. Croix avid 6’6” LF. Thank you very much
Very nice crappies in what lake?
This is Clearlake in Northern California
What Garmin unit are you using, 126sv?
Yes, that’s what I’m using.
Do you use side scan to find them or strictly live scope?
If I know they’re around I’ll use livescope. If I’m searching an area I don’t know then I’ll use side imaging.
How are the crowds? People going up there for crappie?
Yesterday was about 10 boats, but on nice day there’s a lot of boats
@@fishingaddict5638 Ah.. that sounds like the gas prices doesn't affect people driving all the way up there.
Yes, lots of people still go
Where are you fishing at? What lake
Clearlake ca
