Yum! I make a variation of this using cavatappi pasta and Rana alfredo sauce. It's a quick fix dish made in the same fashion. So good and that mix of alfredo and marinara is to die for!
Since my husband lived in Italy for 6 years, he considered this a monstrosity and will not eat this American concoction. We eat simple pastas, less calories and healthier.

Hi Susie! Ummm....not sure about freezing it. I'm afraid the pasta would get soggy when you try to re-heat it. The the lasagna is probably a no too. But you could make both dishes in smaller portions for a great dinner and leftovers the next day. When I make these dishes, I always have them for lunch the next day. Both are fantastic warmed up!
Since it's getting cool out, Million Dollar Spaghetti makes the perfect dish. And it's great for leftovers too. Enjoy!

Can you use Italian seasoning? It looks delicious but we’re two old folks so it’s too much but I might try it and freeze some.
