Best version of West Tx CW Dance Band I’ve heard. Buffalo tearing it up. Clovis way too excited. Six Back with the strong back beat. Driving Wheel was another standard tune for the Twinkies. Good times! Thanks for sharing.
This is freaking awesome, got to meet both of these legendary artists and even got to be good friends with Ray Wylie over the last decade or so , glad I ran across this 😎❤️🎶🎙️🎸
@@Docsjeffokay, to now say it’s pathetic is rude to the legacy that these folks built. They were obviously loaded, as I’m sure most were at clubs back in the day. You went there to have fun. Just enjoy that there is some footage for you to watch.
Listen. I don’t agree with you. This was in the height of the progressive scene. These guys obviously lived fast lives and did a bunch of stuff that wasn’t good for them. As far as I am concerned there is almost ZERO footage of these guys from the mid 70’s, and the footage that is out there, has been dug up by me. These tapes are time capsules man. They were supposed to show you what a gig of these folks were actually like. Naturally substances were involved, just like they have always been, and like they always will be. But as far as I’m concerned these songs in this tape are golden.
@VintageWillie it is golden. Sure there are certain things they are not proud of I'm sure in hindsight. But this is a fantastic historical document, as pretty much all of your uploads are, that cannot be denied. Keep on digging. No need for negative comments, don't like it, move on. The rest of us are having a blast wishing we could have been there.
@@VintageWillie totally agree----take it for what it is, two TX legends doing what they love, thanks so much for posting. It's TX, you either get it or you don't, glad to say I do.
Looks like Alliance Wagon Yard in Austin. Was one of the best listening joint during the cosmic cowboy era.
Isn’t this one just great mike??!!

JUST THINK IF BILLY, DUSTIN, &CREW ASKED THEM IF THEY COULD SIT IN A SPELL! ...
That was in Waco. So drunk it’s not even legible.
Yes but watch it all they get some pretty damn good music out of it especially Ray doing Drivin’ Wheel at the end
Not Waco, Alliance Wagon Yard in Austin
There ain’t nothing Good about this at all. It’s let’s see how drunk and high we can get and see if people will stay and listen.
