This is not kasuri methi. Its is Nagouri methi grown in Nagour city of Rajasthan. I do not know why all the Indian chefs calls it Kasuri methi and make pakistani town kasur famous. Thet should call Nagouri methi rather calling it kasuri mathi and be proud of Indian city
