Eccentric little old ladies can be so endearing. After Aunt Clara passed away, we had to do without for a few years until The Waltons, and the sweet Baldwin sisters. Brewing up bootleg whiskey from Papa’s recipe, and offering some to everyone! Completely oblivious to the felonious criminality of their brew.
Why do you have a picture of Jesus Christ, and you call yourself Jesus. How dare you? You are committing a crime and I am going to ensure you are charged.
Thank you for this. It took my mind off the negativity in this crooked and depraved world we livin in. Appreciate you. Thanks again. I love Aunt Clara. Shes funny as all get out!😂😂😂
You left out the BEST part! At 4:20 when Clara kicks the closet door and then does her little Scottish jig, Darrin’s client has the next line. He says to everyone “I bet SHE knows where the liquor cabinet is.” So funny!
BEWITCHED was one of the first TV shows that talked about the effects of age on people. Sam loved her aunt and wouldn't let anyone disrespect her. A perfect example is SAMANTHA MEETS THE FOLKS.
The caliber of talent lavished on a TV sitcom was amazing. They managed to leverage big time veterans like Agnes Moorehead and Marion Lorne and instead of just phoning it in they gave it their all. You could tell everyone adored Marion. She even got a smile out of Endora here and there.
Who could NOT love Aunt Clara? She had the kindest, biggest heart of anyone on Bewitched, including Samantha. She made everyone feel loved, even when they weren't kind to her! Even Maurice, who could get angry with anyone, NEVER got angry with aunt Clara!
Aunt Clara was/is my favorite of Samantha's family, she was so sweet & acted more like a Grandma the way she always wanted the best for Samantha & Darrin. She really was a terrific actress.
I loved Aunt Clara ❤❤ She really did collect doorknobs! 😄 She brought them from home onto the set every time she was going to polish them. Her boyfriend Auggie & she made a sweet/cute couple 💑
According to Elizabeth Montgomery on a tv talk show interview (Phil Donahue, I think it was), she said that Marion Lorne was exactly like Aunt Clara in real life, just not QUITE as ditzy, but close.
My mom was sometimes referred to as Aunt Clara by friends as she also collected doorknobs, but mostly old glass ones. There's not a brass knob in my house--all glass from Mom's collection.
Omg I absolutely love bewitch blast from the past and always loved aunt Clara so nostalgic it puts me in a good mood i wish they could make these like this again today
Aunt Clara, so funny. She finally got her old boyfriend back again, When he was chasing younger women. Let’s go back cheaper way save Electricity. No more fire alarm on electric bill.
Did anyone else notice the background when she opened door lol. They lived in a subdivision area. Houses on both sides of street lol. Did the Cravits turn their house into wooded area?
I love Aunt Clara character she reminds me of my grandmother and she was kind and sweet to everyone in my family and especially me and when I was little girl always went to her with my problems and my grandmother solve it
Elizabeth Montgomery, decribed Marion Lorne to be just like Aunt Clara, (endearing ) with more intelligence. The character of Darin (either one ) would be kind and patient with Aunt Clara, and tolerate other members, of Sam"s family
I'm sorry that the scene of Aunt Clara kicking the door with Ochie ended before the client who was asking for brandy said after seeing Aunt Clara's "something she learned in Scotland": "I'll bet she knows where the brandy is!"
There is one time when Darrin was walking in from the kitchen and Aunt Clara was casting a spell, and pointing in his direction. He yelled, don't point at me. 😀 I forgot what episode that was.
Aunt Clara was my fave character on Bewitched. I think her spells would go wrong, because she didn't set her intent with strong enough concentration and she would end up with a close, but no Cigar-o result. 🤘
I like when aunt Clara was put on trial for not being able to practice witchcraft & samantha used her powers to help Clara when she tried to use her magic & aunt Clara really did save samantha when she sent everyone away cuz Darrin would have been really pissed off if he seen a trail in his living room
I can't help but feel sorry for Mrs. Kravitz; even if she is a busybody, this kind of thing would send (and keep) the poor woman in psychotherapy. Not fair to her at all.
Marvelous character played by a lovable actress.
This role was designed perfectly for her and her only ❤️
It was not an easy role to play. She was a great actress.
She was without any question: Hollywood's most original lady-
♡♡♡
Wasn’t she beautiful 😉
@@paulcaron400
Definitely-
Aunt Clara was my absolute FAVORITE character on this show. I couldn't get enough of her. Marion Lorne was adorable!
SHE NEEDED HER OWN SHOW XOXO
Marion Lorne was in her eighties when she appeared on Bewitched.
Loved her too. We all did. 💕💕💕💕💕💕
She was sooo adoreable

Aunt Clara was indeed a treasure❤👌❤👌❤
I loved this lady
Love the show. Watched when I was little. Brings back good memories.😃😁🎸 🐈
Marion Lorne had just the right comedic charm. She was endearing ❤️🙏🏻
Some of my favorite episodes. Elizabeth loved Marion Lorne.
I just recently found out she really was a doorknob collector! I would have loved to see them all.
I've read Marion Lorne had as many as 3,000 door knobs.
Amazing, I love that! And I loved her, she was America favorite Aunt
I Love Aunt Clara!! She did a fabulous job! No one could have done a better job for her role.
Loved her, but I'm wondering if she was gay as well?!🤔

@@Jesus-xm5gvI was genuinely curious , not that would matter but some ppl have a smart a??s comment for everything.
Aunt Clara was probably the only member of Sam's family that Darrin could stand.
He actually liked her, most of the time.
@@hebneh True, and when her spells went wrong is was because she goofed not because she was being vindictive like Endora
Oh yeah she was so genuine in real life too
He always had a huge soft spot in his heart for Clara.

Aunt Clara is an amazing actress. So believable and endearing.
What a Great compilation! Sam loved her aunt Clara,
and Montgomery loved the actress Dorn. 💫⚡🌟🌠💛♥️ No magic required.
Marion Lorne
I always thought it was questionable to leave her kids with Clara considering she had memory problems.
Oh, I wish Clara was my Aunt! I would love to collect and polish doorknobs with her♥️
That’s great love it 😍
She collected doorknobs in real life too.
Brilliant actress. My favourite show as a kid. Wish they made tv shows like that now.
Thank you for this. It took my mind off the negativity in this crooked and depraved world we livin in.
Appreciate you. Thanks again. I love Aunt Clara. Shes funny as all get out!😂😂😂
@Warrior. So agree. 👌✋🙏💗
Moi aussi!
This brings back so many great memories of childhood. I loved Aunt Clara. RIP Marion Lorne
Aunt Clara was just the sweetest ever.
Love love love. You can feel it between these veteran actors. Amazing cast.
Love Aunt Clara, she was a good comics relief. 👍❤🇺🇸
Yes she was
You left out the BEST part! At 4:20 when Clara kicks the closet door and then does her little Scottish jig, Darrin’s client has the next line. He says to everyone “I bet SHE knows where the liquor cabinet is.” So funny!
THAT was the best line of the show.
Aunt Clara always was THE BEST PART!
@@Dallas_K Yes she was. R.I.P. Marion Lorne.
Aunt Clara always reminds me of my Grandma. Same looks and style. They could be twins!
Rest in peace at Clara. You are really missed.
BEWITCHED was one of the first TV shows that talked about the effects of age on people. Sam loved her aunt and wouldn't let anyone disrespect her. A perfect example is SAMANTHA MEETS THE FOLKS.
Charming. What a good actress. It's a shame there is so little information about her life online. May she rest in peace. DA

And great golden age actor Reginald Owen, who played Scrooge in the 1930s movie.
Not only was she one of a kind...she really collected door knobs in real life!
Who could NOT love Aunt Clara? She had the kindest, biggest heart of anyone on Bewitched, including Samantha. She made everyone feel loved, even when they weren't kind to her! Even Maurice, who could get angry with anyone, NEVER got angry with aunt Clara!
Maurice had anger management issues.
I’m loving these bits and pieces of Aunt Clara now I have to watch the full episodes along with Uncle Arthur👀
Yes i love Uncle Arthur and Aunt Clara too...love love love Serena ( Samantha)
Cute as the Dickens. And a classy Dame. I loved the one where she gained Endora's powers.
That was a great one. "Clara, you will live to regret this moment!"
That's probably my favorite Aunt Clara episode, followed by when she accidentally turned Darrin into a chimp. Or the Two Jonathans one.
or the episode where she conjures up Queen Victoria
Aunt Clara was/is my favorite of Samantha's family, she was so sweet & acted more like a Grandma the way she always wanted the best for Samantha & Darrin. She really was a terrific actress.

According to Elizabeth Montgomery on a tv talk show interview (Phil Donahue, I think it was), she said that Marion Lorne was exactly like Aunt Clara in real life, just not QUITE as ditzy, but close.
Aunt Clara was my favorite family member. She looked so much like my grandma who's name was Clara and now everytime I watch it I think of her 🌺💖🌺
She made absent mindedness so funny.
Aunt Clara the best!!❤💯👏🏾
We all love antie clara ,may she ríp in peace

Aunt Clara was my favorite character on the show. It would have been fun to have a spinoff of her own show. Loved her to pieces.
Her warm and humble nature makes one feel blessed even by her sillinessness. Endora plays off her splendidly. Thankyou for sharing this gem!
