What to bring on an Overnight Hike

Does HIKING for two days or more sound intimidating to you? Relax! You just need the right guide. Here's a list of the things I usually bring on overnight hikes.

Questions to ask for overnight hikes:
1. Is there a watersource?
2. is there a campsite? Will it be enough for the group?
3. How cold or how hot the temperature will be?
4. Are there presence of limatiks?
5. Are there river crossings?

I have a question. I've been to multiple hikes, pero pinakamataas 2k+ masl lang kasi lging sumasakit yung joints ng paa ko sa kanan especially pag pababa na. Kahit yung canyoneering sa cebu, na trigger sya. Wala naman ako recorded injury before. Any idea why? Gusto ko sana mag mt apo next year.
