A week with no menu? Why not.

SO many people have to think about dinner and what to have when they get home after a long day.
Well I decided to see if I could sort out what to have for dinner the night before so I am not thawing out a protein, figuring out what to have with it, and then cook it all so we can eat by 7pm.
It is amazing how fast you forget when you have been using a menu board for so long.

I don’t do a menu board because sometimes, we don’t feel like eating that particular meal on a set day. I think it’s a fabulous idea, though. Your meals look delish. Love your videos!

I don't write my menu down. I just take it day by day and see what I come up with for dinner. Your way is pretty good as well.
