try waiting for the next version or 8.0 mod version hopefully the input problem when using other versions of wine is fixed. I use winlator to play rts games that only use the mouse cursor so there is no problem.

depends on the game and wine changelog. mono = net framework, gecko = html. you can use search engine or ask ai for more details.
