I am a big fan of gentle tapping and scratching, so those are the style of my most frequent uploads, but I make other types of trigger videos as well. what is ASMR?
ASMR stands for "autonomous sensory meridian response," and is defined by wikipedia as a "tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine." ASMR can be triggered by audio or visual stimuli. everyone is different: some people get ASMR from certain sounds but not others, and also not everyone experiences ASMR! but even if you don't get that "tingling sensation" it can still be helpful to relax you or help you fall asleep.

Girl! I’m literally dealing with gel nail allergy right now and just discovered that’s what it is…an allergic reaction. I thought I had something else going on (some type of nail psoriasis) and then discovered I’m allergic to the HEMA. My tips of my fingers got inflamed, SUPER itchy and I had to remove my gel x nails quickly. 🥴
omg… yknow i thought it was the hema but this last manicure was supposedly hema free so i’m like 😭😭😭 after doing some research i think im just gonna give gels a rest for at least a few months to a year… im so sad bc i literally just bought so much stuff for gel manicures lollllll. but yes super itchy and inflamed, i had to take them off literally the same night!!
@BittyASMR stay away from anything made by beetles. I've seen them blow up on tiktok as "gel x nails" but gel x is it's own product, not technique and is wayyy more expensive than beetles. When beetles gel extensions started blowing up though more and more people started getting allergic reactions to gel and stuff unfortunately
yes beetles is what kicked off my allergy 🙃 i should have known based off how weirdly cheap they are……
Krista asmr also has a hema allergy and she has some videos up of products she uses that are hema free, if you find that useful!
Krista ASMR is also allergic to hema. She has her own Etsy shop where she makes hema free nails. They’re so cute.

I really like snakes tbh. If I were to get one, it would probably be a ball python. Snakes are cute, but I would also be nervous around one that’s venomous lol.
