No matter how much you freeze fish you can’t remove all the parasites, no matter how high grade the sushi is, cold just freezes the parasites into a dormant state, when unfrozen they wake up, raw fish will never be 100% safe

I liked it cause to me the pinecones tasted like a sour berry and the sweetness of the jam balanced it out well. I like jams with sour tasting berries. Cause you listened to him.
We had a Russian colleague who used to picked on for saying "Moose and Squirrel" from the Rocky cartoons. One day he called his chief tormenter "fearless leader".
Squirrel is a tough one for Russians and Germans to say. The Russian word for squirrel is easier - Byelka. German word is Eichhoornchen, which I practiced just to mess with one colleague.
Odd that German and English speakers picked such tough words for an arboreal pest.
Only time I picked on a Russian for his accent was when he picked on me for my Russki. I said to him, in exasperation - Я Американц. Я не живил в Русски женшина, я не Актор, я не Пушкина.
He said "let's just speak English".

Shamanism utilizes local herbs and spices, they said homemade liquor not local. You don't know what herbs or prayers/blessings are put into the drink while they're making it. Cold can kill parasites. That is why most sashimi is either very carefully sourced or is frozen or kept very cold before thawing to eat. The bacteria may go dormant but it wont be denatured and destroyed usually. Freezing is great to stop bacteria from growing in numbers but it doesn't destroy bacteria.
