For Meniscal root repair preparation, i certainly see the benefits. However, while There is no doubt that you are making the frayed edges of the meniscus and articular cartilage damage look nicer and smoother , is there really any clinical benefit for patient or just nicer looking before and after arthroscopic photos that make us surgeons feel good? Aren’t there still the same concerns about RF induced chondrocyte death? Thanks!
