Fleet with stormrazor, essence, cyclosword.
Fleet synergizes well with Vayne and gives sustain in lane. Storm lets you rush a noonquiver which also helps land phase, essence gives a massive mid-game power spike and fixes mana issues, cyclosword allows for significant burst on backline targets, adds catch potential, and lets you play around stealth tumbles in team fights with energized heals/movespeed/slows on every 3rd auto.
I find that vayne is perpetually out of mana without essence. When you used to put 1 point Q and max W you didn’t have that issue…but Q max makes her extremely mana hungry. Ult+Q+E is 50% of your mana bar.
I'm currently testing out a variant of that build atm which goes rush ER > AS boots > Collector > IE > BT/LDR/other. It lacks the little AS you get from a Noonquiver item but once I got used to it im fine with it. Feels kinda good and scales harder than Lethality items i think.
Fleet Footwork main rune and Boots + Cookies secondary runes

No way Brand was flaming you after that flash at 1:33 😭 some players can't just look at where they could've done better and move on. I never understand flaming even if you think the other could've done something different.

If you're going to run it, probably Hexplate.

No idea. Might be worth trying out at some point, but it's not in my priorities, and there's not enough data on it for stats to help.
