Lol, this is actually from 2016 so it's from before they really broke out and became well known globally. As you explore more of their music, you'll see that even their early songs are super good. They have a HUGE catalogue of music that spans all kinds of genres
SUGA is, hands down, my favorite rapper -- and not just in K-pop. I love him 'cause he's a truth teller, y'know? You definitely should check out "Interlude: Shadow." That's my favorite solo track of his these days. Also, "Agust D" is SUGA's alter ego when he works on his solo projects/mix tapes. It's his name spelled backwards + DT, which stands for Daegu Town, the underground rap group he was a member of before joining BTS (if I recall correctly). So, "DT SUGA" becomes "Agust D."
Bts suga was an underground rapper in high school, wrote and composed, participated in the BIT HIT audition as a rapper and producer, and became a member of the bts idol. He is a talented person who can make music of various genres and participated in almost all songs of BTS. He is cool on the outside, but realistic and knowledgeable. He has a warm personality that gives consideration to other members behind him.
Wow! He might be my favorite one in the group after hearing that though!😳 we need people like him! Stupid talented🔥🔥 thank you for filling me in on that!
Agust D makes crazy beats. He was an underground rapper and was already an established producer before joining BTS. He's been making music for 15-16 years
His beats are something else for sure! Can’t wait to dive into some more music by Agust D then🔥 hopefully you’ll stick around to tell me if he produced the songs I’m reacting to by him, thank you for the support Lai🙏🏼
@@mymindreact That's for sure. I just subscribed. Agust D has two self produced mixtapes. If you want to react more and he has his collabs with other artists too with western artists like Juice wrld , Halsey and Max and with Korean artists too like IU, Heize, Suran and Lee Sora. He has solo songs in BTS too. And you haven't dived into BTS music too that have a large music discography. It will be really a long journey for you. I'm rooting for you.
Wow! I’m really looking forward to a long journey when I know what quality I’m gonna get, you know🔥🔥 exited! thank you for subscribing and guiding me through it all🙏🏼 really means a lot to me!
Agust D is a rapper, lyricist, producer, song-writer and stage name is Suga from BTS. His mixtape mostly written and produced by himself consisted of lyrics that are raw with deep meanings. His 2 mixtapes are gifted to everyone for free on Soundcloud. FYI, Agust D is Suga spelled backwards and "t D" is Daegu Town where he came from. Here are a few of his songs from previous 2016 mixtape "Agust D" and solo songs. Thank you! 1) “BTS (방탄소년단) MAP OF THE SOUL : 7 'Interlude : Shadow' Comeback Trailer” ua-cam.com/video/PV1gCvzpSy01/v-deo.html 2) "Give It To Me" ua-cam.com/video/_Zgc12yL5ss/v-deo.html 3) "The Last" ua-cam.com/video/DB_AP7DLQ0w/v-deo.html 4) "So Far Away" ua-cam.com/video/1ptYIFedcnQ/v-deo.html 5) “First Love” ua-cam.com/video/T8V9a6wl1oI/v-deo.html 6) “Seesaw” ua-cam.com/video/BEIwwuQY_Cg/v-deo.html

He was 24 when he put this 1st mixtape and video out. He’s been writing and rapping since he was in 6th grade, worked at a music studio when he was 15 and was writing/producing music he was selling but would get ripped off. He signed to big hit as a producer first when he was 17 and when they were forming the group he became one of the rappers because it was a hip hop group. They told him he wouldn’t have to dance. They lied. But now you see him dancing pretty well in the group music videos right? Him and RM (who was the first member of BTS) had heard of each other because they were both in the underground rap scene. Please react to Interlude: Shadow by BTS (it’s his solo) and the music video is amazing.
The lyrics are aimed at former "friends" in the industry who abandoned, criticised, and tried to lable them as inauthentic to the rap game. This shut them up big time. AgustD says things most people keep in their heads. He is a wordsmith and raps and rhymes in 2 languages in the same bar. The welcome mat is out in front of the Rabbit hole. An early fave is Bulletproof part2. Stay well
I have been watching your vids for the past hour, and when I subscribed it was at 4.97k, and in an hour you are now up to 4.99k ! ARMY has found you ! Be prepared dude !
Although I love Daechwita, this is my favorite rap done by any done by BTS. SUGA, aka Agust D, wrote and produced this track. He is actually a "in demand" producer and writer.

Min YoonGi (Suga/AgustD/Gloss) 09/03/1993 is a musical genius and an insane workaholic.... team practice, performances, photoshoots, shows, BTS variety show, promotions, docu-reality series, recording, etc, etc by day... and produces, writes and composes for BTS, his solo works and for others (eg - IU and Suran) at night. That is why he always seems tired!! (Suga writes approx 200 songs per year - RM revealed this during an interview) His raps touch many subjects usually ignored - He raps about mental health issues (he has been open about his own struggles with depression/anxiety/self worth), violence, hatred and bullying, importance of self love, social stigmas/prejudices/attitudes/inequalities, youth suicide, haters of all kinds, etc... he also actively donates huge amounts every year on his birthday to underpriveledged/disabled youth in his home town, has been a known supporter of gender equality, BLM, human rights, environmental and social consciousness, ending youth violence (BTS spoke at the UN General Assembly "end youth violence, love yourself campaign" - check it on youtube) and plans to move into serious charity/social work in the future as his position as a member of BTS has given him an opportunity to make a big difference, and much much more. He personally donated over $180 Million Won to support underpriviledged disabled youth and their families who were already struggle and were further afftected by Covid in his home state.... this triggered in ARMY such a flood of compassion that most people who were entitled to refunds for the Seoul stadium concert cancelled by covid joined in and donated the full amount of their refunds to help those less fortunate who have been affected by the pandemic. Every year on his birthday he also donates huge sums to his home state for youth and disability charities. (These donations aren't publicised) There are many amazing videos on youtube about the amazing hardships he has had to endure to be where he is today.... and how far he climbed @ ..... - yet he still remains so humble... of all BTS members he seems to be the most aloof, yet he in truth is the one with the most feeling. He is also so wickedly funny - his subtle sarcasm at times leaves me speechless at its accuracy and lowkey comic value..... Hope I didn't talk you ear off, just wanted to let you know why we love these boys so much...
The group debuted in 2013, been grinding since. But most ofvtgem have been doing it years before... "I'm D-boy because I'm from D"
He is a Daegu boy from the hood of Daegu Town.
