    This is a FUN total body, 15-minute partner workout that includes partner planks, push ups, squats, lunges and more. Grab your best friend, roommate, significant other (or co-worker in our case 😉) and complete these 15 bodyweight partner exercises just one time through for a 15-minute workout (NO REPEATS)!
    Don't be fooled -- while it's just 15 minutes of work, it's a total body burner (especially if you and your partner are a little competitive)!

    It looks like this:
    ✔️ 15 Bodyweight Partner Exercises -- 10 partner exercises total, but really 15 moves when you switch left/right sides of the body.
    ✔️ 40 Seconds of Work, 20 Seconds of Rest Per Exercise
    ✔️ X 1 Set; No Repeats!

    Did this one by myself early this morning and let me tell you, I'm sore already! It was easy to modify without a partner by just using a wall for some of the exercises. Loved it!
