Yea its actually quite bad. They should have left the burning sets in the Vulcan dungeons, with some core drops. Then Baran for just cores bur better drop rates. I can pretty much do tier 21 for every single dungeon. But the drop table is just so fking big now that it will be a nightmare to farm for curse piece.
is it better to farm vulcan normal for rare cores or do baran? especially starting out... Im about 65k and worried about using another ticket for normal baran or not.
Probably a mix of both. Hard vulcan doesnt drop all the cores (4 out of 6 I think), but they drop higher quality ones with chance of legendary. You still want to do some easy baran to fully equip your huntere and sjw. Though with a bit of CP and the right blessings, you should be able to do normal Baran soon if you r already doing hare Vulcan.

True. I don't even do the encore and instance anymore cause some below tier 21 stage were too hard for no reason especially the ice bitch

Do the crit rate is added passively in 50% cap or it is simply added in 50% and still capped at 50
You will stop at 50% when building (i.e stacking artifact crit until it hits 50%), but through other effects you'll exceed 50% (plum full bloom)

Baran Normal gives Legendary, Vulcan caps at Rares. Do with that as you will
