Yeah, Bob was the only one who really shared his emotions about Norm. I appreciated his tribute the most emotionally. Other comics were distant from their emotions which is fine and I dug their tributes too, but Bob's was so real and honest...more healing to listen to, at least for me.
@-The Beat Konducta- its not even stealing. You paid for the room, the paper is there for you, its not like taking the coffee maker, it's like taking the rest of the shampoo. It's a great rec and I'm kicking myself for not thinking of it before
Big companies accept the losses before they even rollout the products. Theft is inevitable. Price raising is not based wholly on theft. It's based on a whole lot of things. Theft being low on that list.
Jesus I am so happy you guys do a podcast together. Think you're both cream of the comedy crop now, two very smart and funny guys! Great podcast. Comedy!
you can literally get bidets for $30 at lowes or home depot. they don't have to be fancy. they're slim, sleek and attach to your toilet. easy install too. no excuses to not have one nowadays
Norm was also in Mike Tyson's Mysteries playing the role of a foul-mouthed pigeon, one of the funniest things ever, cannot recommend it enough. 4 seasons on adult swim and all of it gold. Imagine 'Archer' crossed with 'Scooby Doo' but way more offensive and with way less mystery-solving 😆.
The soft lighting is on point! Vocal mix is great, HERE WE GOOO! edit: shouts out to Mount Gay. Father's favourite and was mine when I sauced. Good times.
11:41 With all due respect Sam, in his own podcast it would only be his guest, Adam Eget and cameramen/producers. And you could see the cameras shaking because the cameramen could not hold the laughter, producers snickering, etc. It fucking worked and it sometimes would be even funnier because of the silence when a guest was processing the joke and then burst with laughter
'Rice Crispy Treat' (RTC) cereal hands down..best cereal ever! It's been banned in over 23 states due to its high addiction rate. I moved from Oregon to NY just to get a steady supply. They offer market rate RTC (unlike Amazon) and most grocers in the Albany region carry it. Highly Suggested!
The cereal convo is my JAM Sam is my cereal brother from another mother! Cracklin oat bran and LIFE and frosted mini wheats. So passionate about this me and Sam have the same taste buds! I need to know how he rates everything else!
57:42 *Tom Segura Bidet recommendation* A year ago on H3 podcast Tom Segura recommended the Toto e350 Washlet. *I GOT 1 FOR MY HOUSE AND IT'S AMAZING!!!!!* They retail for around $1,000. Toto is the name brand to look into according to Tom. Only a few of the Toto models have the continuous hot water feature but trust me get it...it is worth it. The models with a hot water tank (as opposed to the continuous hot water on-demand feature) are cheaper cuz they only have a limited amount of hot water to spray before it goes cold. Mark you don't have to be a millionaire to afford a Toto washlet. Do it!! Get 1!!! Ur hemmoroided popcorn bum will thank you
I'm sure Mark pisses away $1k a week on daily NYC takeout food, bar tabs, and Ubers. Factor in a missed flight or two and a lost phone and he's got two bidets.
Ok, let's go straight to the important part of this hour long podcast. From Italy, let's clarify this important misconception: YOU WIPE with toilet paper, THEN you use the bidet, and you wash yourself with soap and water in the same way you wash any other part of your body. Then you dry with a little towel purposefully positioned nearby the bidet. Thanks for coming to my TEDtalk.
@@StatusQuonald You monster. (Joking aside, the bidet is basically a sink, you can't use it like a toilet: large residue has to be removed before that.)
We love the somber Norm talk! Losing him is like losing the last copy of an out of print book. 💔It's sad that he's achieved this level of popularity again after death that he only really got to on SNL and never since. Agree with Sammy at the 8:45 mark. Norm's standup was great, but he was at his true best as a guest on Conan because he had someone to play off of and to set him up. Conan was the best at this, better than Letterman. Usually on Letterman, the joke was on the guest, but Norm was too smart for that so it didn't work as well, and Letterman wasn't a good set up man. I don't really think the word inspirational applies to any comic but it does for Norm. The originality is inspiring. Do you guys have any personal Norm stories? btw - Bill Maher made a great point on Kimmel about loving that Norm kept his illness completely private which I think I agree with. Sam, don't you think if you opened with that bit if you were sick you'd be getting sympathy laughs? You'd be lowering the bar for yourself. Everyone's values vary but for Norm, the laugh was paramount. What a genius. RIP🙏🏼
Toto brand washlets are the high end bidet seats of choice. Heated seat, heated water, heated air dry. It even has a front wash for the wife. Pooping without it now seems third world.
1:01 still would've loved you for it 39:13 I'd love to see you give Mark some competition 54:25 I can relate to that! 56:18 that way you said that just got me off guard! Hahaha! 1:01:23 that's a good point!
The chemistry gets better & better between these two every ep! Keep it up guys
Can't wait for them to f***
Maybe after 20 years of friendship, theyll get better chemistry. At 15 years , i'm not getting it yet.
Norm as Pigeon in Mike Tyson mysteries is some of his best filthy lines imo
damn that was funny literally lol
"Real actors look at me the way real vampires look at Count Chocula..." ~Norm
When BarJew said he don't fuck with Fireball I knew he was the real deal
*Bob Sagets tribute was by far the most touching Norm tribute. Made me choke up bad. RIP.*
Yeah, Bob was the only one who really shared his emotions about Norm. I appreciated his tribute the most emotionally. Other comics were distant from their emotions which is fine and I dug their tributes too, but Bob's was so real and honest...more healing to listen to, at least for me.
Made me sob like a baby. Poniente and heartfelt. I think I needed it when I listened to it.

epic explosion of comedy and truth when mark got into the different rooms for offenses.
First time I'm watching this on the night it premiered. Feels good.
Norm was so good with Conan
Please do a Norm tribute episode where you two just talk about your favorite Norm clips
I’m glad you talked more about Norm this episode. His passing really hit me and I felt the amount talked in the last episode wasn’t quite enough.
Bert’s attire is wearing on Mark
Thank god his comedy hasn’t.
Norm debuting his ventriloquist act over the phone to Dennis Miller could be the funniest thing of all time.
Love when Sam does impressions

Don't be ashamed Mark . Stealing is where it's at . Not from individuals, strictly businesses

Norm's panel story on Letterman about staying at a bed and breakfast and playing Scrabble with ol' Harold Delaney!
Man I will miss his stories! 😔
I love the bitshop segments the most. Cant think of any other comedians that give this kind of insight to the process.
I think we’d all appreciate a Norm tribute episode.
Oh sh*t new episode, watching now. Got my whiskey going on up in here in the true north. Cheers Neighbours

Mark get the automated toilet seat. Replaces your toilet seat and has bidet and blow dry, also heated.
Can we get a Norm on weekend update photo in the bar?

Agreed
Mark is the best comedian ever
norman said kitty porn so many times this episode that i actually felt it move for the first time in a decade... meanwhile my cats wont come near me.
whoever likes this comment is a pedo or a cat rapist... either way keep an eye on em.
I don't know why, but them not knowing bidets are pretty inexpensive was very weird
Anybody know where I can see the Rodney Dangerfield Norm Macdonald side by side video Mark was talking about?
Get a $50 bidet, don't need heat. They are awesome and you'll never go back!
So sad watching this now knowing that poor Bob wouldn't be too long gone after Norm

60 seconds in and mark cracked an Eric Garner joke
Mark’s on fire
Sam: what can breath?
The joke Mark refrained from doing was 100%: not George Floyd.
It was Eric garner man. He was the original death that started I can’t breathe. Staten island man selling loose cigarettes
He would have said it on Tuesdays with stories
