It is interesting to note that when the cops are not quite sure of the legislation they hand the collar to the most inexperienced team member. There are three standards of police driver. Basic, Standard Response, and Advanced .A basic police driver:
must be trained to stop vehicles in routine circumstances (should force policy permit)
must drive within the constraints of the Highway Code
does not have authority to use emergency ancillary equipment (for example, blue lights, sirens) to facilitate progress
So if van man is a basic driver he's actually committing offences himself

I'm not sure if it was AB's faulty, but they have demolished that police station.
Officers, wisdom has been chasing you but you have always been faster.
maybe bully boy just doesn't like dodgy blokes filming around his place of work.
They knew within 5min of meeting AB that he was a utuber as the constable in the van stated. So what I would love to read and get an open request for is what where the grounds for the search. He stated hostile reconnaissance, but by his own admission he knew that AB was probably a UTuber. Plus AB told him people know him as AB. So if he put 2 and 2 together he could have done the very basic level of investigation, without making themselves look ridiculous.
And as for the constable who refused to identify he should get a reprimand & a bollocking. Just show the rudeness & contempt he has for the public
They used AB for training purposes, unlawfully detaining him specificaly for that end. They gave it away as they prepared, putting on gloves and coaching the rookie on what to do next. He got scammed by the SGT who told AB he just wanted a chat. If they were honest, they could have asked him if he wanted to be a part in a training exercise, and give payment in the form of a voucher or summit, rather than treat him like a criminal and violating his rights.
Standard tyrant training. He'll only be as good as the numpty training him. The outlook isn't good for the young recruit.
Yet if you ring for assistance they either take 45 mins to arrive or dont deem it worth turning up for! Unless of course its a man or eoman eith a camera or to assist debt collectors with fraud. 🤯🤷🏼♀️
Both the police van and the police car were parked on double yellow lines and more than 12" from the curb, I suspect that this is 2 different road traffic offences, they would have been immune if they had activated their blue flashing lights making it an emergency but they forgot to.
The engine of the van was still running while the driver operated a note book and pen this is a serious road traffic offence, I'm not sure if the engine of the police car was running while the person in police uniform operated a mobile phone, that would have been 6 points on his driving licence.
Police officers are issued collar numbers when they are warranted, I suspect that these officers without collar numbers were police trainees and had not yet been issued collar numbers. They were not therefore police constables but members of the public impersonating police constables. "Any person who with intent to deceive impersonates a member of a police force or special constable, or makes any statement or does any act calculated falsely to suggest that he is such a member or constable, shall be guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months."
None of the officers in this video declared that they were using body cams.

I saw you video in my town in Telford.
A police officer in uniform should be displaying his epaulettes with his force identification number . For him not to be doing this and refusing to identify himself is a matter that should be initially reported to the professional standards department along with any complaint of improper conduct.
