My wife always said to never go outside in the rain In Thailand or you will become sick. In 2007 I ignored her and I had the Tom Tits for a week. Everything your describing is what she said to me. She is watching you now shouting at the TV saying "do not go out in the rain"
I was in Pattaya in June last year and got a flu that was going around. Cough, fever etc. I had it for another 2 weeks after arriving home in Australia.
Firt time in Thailand. Left Canada January 1. Five days in, I got sick my last night in Koh Tao. Was thinking food poisoning but maybe norovirus. Mostly diarrhea, some puking. Then I had to get on a catamaran to Koh Phangan. I never left my villa except to eat a grilled cheese sandwich 36 hours later. Being sick and waking up, checking out, catamaran, checking in etc. Toughest couple days ever.
I have had the toilet drama many times over the last 30 years. Food out in the sun for hours, dirty water used in cleaning, unsanitary conditions, no hand washing or gloves ect..
Cheers m8 really nice of you rocket 🚀 to tell us all about the virus 👍 very much appreciated. ❤
Hope you get better soon Rocket, don’t give it to the Boss

Have a look at Terrain "Theory".
Hand sanitisers only kill bacteria and not viruses. I look back at the Corona Virus epidemic and laugh at the amount of hand sanitiser that I used. 😂

Good advice. I’d also wear a mask when active, although Westerner’s hate this idea
