First time I saw a kosher tray I was looking at all that good food so hungry asking about it and I got about 2 questions into it and he let me know I needed to keep moving. I was lucky these guys had patience with new people

When I first saw the title, I thought is was about eating the the food. The foods is not gourmet. But its all you get so you'll get used it and you'll eat it you are jailing after all and you have to keep your weight up weak, skinny and mentally frail won't cut it in den of preditors . So eat your veggies and do them pushups and dips. Being respectful works even in jail you want salt or pepper ask for it politely.Reaching over my food will piss me off with the quickness.
Everybody should be respectful and not cut the line! General manners; etiquette and respect can go a loooonnng way in the joint. Most ppl were either 1. Raised like an animal or in a broken home (which is NOT an excuse) 2. Or just dgaf about respecting the next man.
Too much echo/reverb in that big open room Death, try putting some pieces of carpeting, egg shell foam or sound proofing foam, or even loose cloth like window drapes up on all walls outside of the camera shot (if you don't want it seen). Porous soft materials like foam, cloth, carpet, etc. covering hard room surfaces will help greatly to catch a lot of those room reflections which are causing that tiled bathroom sounding reverb in your audio. Should also help with any extra booming bass in your vocal recordings too.

My boyfriend was just transferred to Green Bay correctional facility (here in Wisconsin of course 😁) and I've only gotten to talk to him about 4 times in the last 2 and a 1/2 months which really sucks!!!! When he 1st got there, he was able to use the phone EVERY DAY...... and SOMETIMES even a couple times a day. Since he was transferred, he's barely been able to call me but maybe ONCE a week IF THAT. The last time we talked he sounded like he was in a rush and said he only had 2 minutes so I hope there aren't any shot collars that are trying to charge him money to use the phone or that are giving him shit if he wants to talk longer than that. He's a fairly laid back dude and I'm just afraid he's maybe a little TOO NICE being he's relatively NEW and all and that maybe he's just putting up with certain things he wouldn't normally put up with when he's not in PRISON. I know this doesn't necessarily have to do with the Chow Hall..... However, It just kind of upsets me and that hes told me numerous times he has to sit in a cell 22 hours A-day and he knows he doesn't get to talk to me on the phone that often but yet he hasn't written me one letter in 3 months and the times he's called me .....the only thing he has enough time to say or I guess ASK is " Were you able to order my tennis shoes yet?" Of course the last time he asked me that.... I got kind of TICKED OFF because I even sent him a Christmas card yet didn't get one from HIM... yet he has the nerve to ask me if I've ordered his $60 shoes yet!!!! WTF!?!?! He gets released in May of 2023 and meanwhile I'm just a sitting duck out here being LOYAL until the very end and RARELY if EVER am shown any real appreciation for my efforts. Most of my friends and family think he is just a PUNK and that I'm just WASTING MY TIME and I'm kinda starting to see where they are coming from. I DO truly LOVE HIM and HOPE we are able to make a go of it once he is FINALLY OUT....but like they say.....actions speak louder than words and I haven't even been getting WORDS from him the past 7 months much less any ACTIONS. The only time he stayed in constant contact was when he knew I had just received half of my ex-husband's 401K during our divorce and was putting hundreds of dollars on his books every week.....INCLUDING some of his jail buddies books at times. Since I ran out of money.....I feel like there's really been NO EFFORT on HIS part as far as making sure our relationship doesn't fizzle into nothingness. Anyway, I apologize for the short novel.... lol..... But would appreciate ANY kind of ADVICE anyone feels like giving as to HOW I should go about this whole "Situationship"

When I was in county for the 2nd time I seen the porter reach over someone's tray at breakfast. This started a big argument. It got squashed pretty quick. We were in the dorms so we had bunk beds. The dude who had his tray reached over was in the top bunk next to me. I talked to the dude from time to time and he was a weird dude. Anyway when lunch came the porter walked out to grab the drink box and as he's carrying it in this dude leaps from the top bunk and launched his fist at the dude. The porter was more surprised than anything. He said "did this dude just punch me?". In 2 seconds the COs slammed the guy to the ground and pepper sprayed him. It was some good entertainment.

Hi everyone..when I was in Richmond city jail,in the 90's,we had an unwritten rule,that if you didn't get money and wanted to beat the deuce,the tier would let you go first,then the tier out before us would let us jump,so we get out with them,and jump in the back of the line on your tier.

When my rottweiler was a puppy I would sit there with some food in my hand and put my hand in the bowl for her to eat after awhile of that put food in the bowl but keep your hand in the bowl pick up a little food let the dog eat it shows the dog you dont want the food now I can take the food from her anytime no problem tell her leave it say sit and take it plus she wont start eating till we tell her ok

Yes sir I used to serve food in the kitchen people would get butt hurt when I wouldn't give him extra food when I got the kitchen CO standing right over me or I hope the homeboy up and then the next person in line expects the same thing that's just not how it works I almost got into a fight over that. Actually in the transfer facility I was in when I first started doing my time they had blocked off where you could not see the people serving the food to keep the drama down

He would stick his fingers in his ears, pick zits etc. He was pry just nervous and he did stop when he was confronted but a week later he got run up on while he in his cell and thrown over rail. Luckely he held on to that rail. He instantly started crying and yelling out of fear and believe it or not the person who orchestrated the whole thing was the one who went and helped him down.
Hey guys here is my personal advice to llve by while in prison. When you take a #2 always leave 1 leg outside of the jeans you are wearing. If you get attacked while on the toilet you won't keep tripping around because both of your legs are essentially tied together. It has been known to happen like this before.
