My reveal x gen 2 is killing the batteries within 30 minutes because the IR lights are staying on and not cutting off. Even if the camera is turned off as long as the batteries are in the camera they are staying on and killing the batteries.
Wish you guys could actually pick up the phone and help your customers with troubleshooting cameras!

Is there a fix or do I need to just buy a new camera.
