I was basically running a version like this, but with only the Pendulum monster, but it didn't go so well for me, so I turned to "Cooking with Megalith" and I love that more since the Nouvelle Rituals serve as another type of disruption than relying on only Bethor. Also ran Ohime since the deck along with Imcantations can easily run a good amount of options and my only monster to normal summon is Deskbot 003 to summon 001 to actually make Arc Light.

Tin-lab (Both UR Welcome are banned) feat Zorc... haven't roll six so far so all gucci (Except for Chaos Max, been OTK'd twice cause Intruder)
As for "El Corral" (Regional burger restaurant): The deck... I swear, people are way too impatient; as soon as I flip a monster they want to tribute it no matter the stats
