@@RishiJalukar for schools at the national level, no it is not. But for smaller local programs, the most you'll see is 2.
In my first year of marching band we had 5 during covid but next year are gonna have 4

@@RishiJalukar Yeah I came from a school where our total band was about 50 people. Drumline was 3/2/4. We only competed locally. I hadn't even heard of BOA or WGI until about 2 years after I graduated.
