Dude , all the dent sides have the hood release in the same place and requires 'da fonz bump" to get it to pop. Dude I laughed my ass off watching you struggle . GOD I could not believe MR>FAT fender draw a blank when opening the hood. I ALMOST peeed my pants Thanks mr dentside.
I don't compliment very often, but I gotta say, I LOVED this video. Something about these late 70's just gets to me, and while usually don't like modernized oldies, that refurbished Bronco is very appealing. Keep up the great work! I'll be eagerly awaiting further content about these!
Computers ruin cars. I've got a 96' Jimmy and in the middle of summer it'll just die. Kill the whole motor because the computer can't handle the heat. Thing won't even start without that damn computer operating, it's retarded
Those " stickers" are freewheeling decals. I know you could order them for non freewheeling packages, but that one has the black bumpers and mirrors like a true freewheeling package came with.
Excited to watch this build, and glad it’s been painted cause first pic I saw o thought wow a survivor free wheeling edition that nice should be left alone! Haha
I can't wait to follow this build!!! I have your door panels in my 79 Bronco Ranger XLT and absolutely love them. I'm waiting for you to make the rear panels available for sale. I was happy to get a little sneak peek of them in this!!! :D
wow, those are very nice! I have a blue '78 manual. its a bit rougher but I'm working on it. I hate the interior door panels in these - I put real american walnut planks nutriveted to the steel panels, and finished in PTO. Love those broncos! I have another parts truck and I also have 2 spare tire carriers and some other parts that will go on eventually.
I restored a 79 over 20 yrs ago and drove it 15 yrs I moved farther out n the country and sold it because gas was eating me up. Mine was totally original except rims and ties. Mine had a split window n the back and my electric window rolled down n the back with a key. Everybody who owned a Bronco tried everything to get me to sell that split window to them. I said hell No. y would I do that? I had a lot of fun n that Bronco, hunting and camping and just driving it. Great trucks.
Dash color is stock and never matched the exterior color. Mine was that color dash with the dark poly brown color/white from factory with the light beige door panels.
@@FatFenderGarage No problem. Love your videos. Have purchased a ton of parts from you for two Coyote swaps. Did you ever have any luck putting Flaming River steering column kits together? One last question; this Bronco restomod has rear interior panels done custom by you, is that something you’ll sell? Thanks
@@BaerBronco We did figure out steering column kits! We will perfect them and put them up for sale in 2-4 weeks. We don't sell those door panels for the Broncos, but we can do them custom in-house if you really want. Definitely not a solution for everybody, but in the future we may start selling them.
If I had one of the 2nd gen broncos, I would replace the original grill for a 73-77 dentside pickup grill. I never really liked the whole “square headlight” idea.
Came back here without realizing I was already here once and wanted to say this guy doesn't know what he's talking about on that Bronco. He's literally just sitting there pointing at random shit and saying "this is.....a different color..probably original...looks like they did some stuff here....um..." Guy doesn't know what the hell he's talking about
Gumby at TEXAS SPEED LAB PERFORMANCE is a master at those coyote truck engines. They can be a bitch to get working properly and he gets many sent to him to sort out. At any given time he will have 2 to 3 dozen coyote swaps in the works. Not bashing on you guys as I know you produce excellent work but those truck coyotes can cause folks fits
Question?? I’m getting ready to buy the parts you offer for a coyote swap on a 1979 F-150 4x4 but I’m looking for a complete drivetrain of a 2018 F-150 or newer. Do you recommend a Mustang engine with F-150, transmission and transfer case? I see you swap to mustang engine. Thanks
ahhhhhhwww dude, DREAM TRUCK!!! :) nice new underneath and 70s BRONCO on the outside!!! :) RESTROMOD UNDERNEATH NEW SPICY STUFF!!! ahhh COYOTEEEE .... yea, ;) prolly ... that would be dreamy uber awesummmmmnezz!!
Love these Bronco’s! Can’t beat the character those old trucks have.

Thanks for the positive comment!
That is like comparing a 50 CENT PEICE TO A DOLLAR , I 'll take the one I can fix , without a computer , Thank you vary much

Stop telling people about the shit you have
I usually don’t like modernizing old cars but this was done very tastefully
Nice! I am doing a frame off restomod on my 79. Can't wait to get it done.

Ya, I wanted to clarify that it wasn’t original. Didn’t want to hurt too many feelings.
I had a 1979 bronco, it was a blue one. Damn had some good times with that truck.
NICE!!! You've designed a Bronco for the ladies!
Love your work, classic Ford looks with 21st century muscle
I like the brown one !!!!!!
Great video, looking forward to more on these Broncos
I don't even want to know the total cost of that restomod..... I'll keep my old original 79 xlt just the way it is.

Cool as always!

Good lookin' Broncos
Always enjoy your videos Jason
Top Notch Work
Yea, If you can afford it $$$$$
How much to transform the brown to the specs of the red one?

Ooohhh so beautiful 😮😮😮😮
i live in az and now i know where i can take my 78 bronco if i need work on mine
Would like to see Part 2
You have to give that hood a little smack with your fist between the O and the R to release the hood latch.
One costs $15k, the other $150k both are beautiful.
Where did you get the interior from?
You think you put an Atlas II? Well what'd you put in it? "Super Rad" who's the boss over there?
How much dose it cost to put a mustang gen 3 motor in my 79 bronco
Dash color is stock and never matched the exterior color. Mine was that color dash with the dark poly brown color/white from factory with the light beige door panels.
Interesting. Thanks for the info!

00:50 - 01:12 .. screaming at the monitor .. WHAT ENGINE IS IT ??!?!?!!?
Ask your wife to draw you a diagram to find the "Love Spot" LOL

"Original" Bronco definitely isn't all original, I can see quite a bit of new LMC parts on it.
Just watched and noticed 86 thumbs up and 1 thumbs down... WTF would you give this video a thumbs down? Weirdos everywhere.
The thumbs down was probably from someone who is aware of the fact that this guy is completely ignorant and doesn't know a thing about these trucks.
Awesome cars but real shame to spend a ton of money on that restomod and then put POS plastic housing side mirrors that rattle like crazy.
The prices are DRASTIC, especially when you have a shop do dthe work
Me voy por la Ford bronco cafe me gusta más la manual no ahí como la estandar
