Mine just stopped working the other day... haven't had a chance to get into it yet. I didn't realize that there was a fuse there... that will be where I start. Thanks.
@DC-et4li well the ride home fixed it...🤬 Went out today when I got in, turned the power on and the trim worked... it's either the motor or the wiring.
DC did you ever figure this out? I have a 2000 Johnson 70 and my down is working but no up tilt. I have swapped the relays and the problem didn't change. I bought a new motor and connected it at the inline plug, and same issue with the new motor. Only one relay clicks so it seems that I may not be getting power to the back side of the up relay receptacle. I would not think that there are two power feeds to the relays. I am not sure how to get to the connections on the back side of the relay plugs. Any feedback would be appreciated.
@d.l.jenkins9889 is up not working at both the remote and the motor switches? You can use a multimeter to check the blue, and green wires are getting power. You can also swap the wires and see if it then goes up but not down. You can also try applying 12v directly to each of the wires close to the motor.

Best of luck my friend. Let me know how it goes.

Still good info. Thank you for taking the time.
Thank you!

Change the relays
Relays were not the problem. I clearly demonstrate that in the video.
Mine is doing the same...did u try changing motor ? What was the fix
