You're a great teacher Fairy Fox! The way you start it off makes it so easy for me to remember. I absolutely love this unicorn. I'm going to start practicing it today on my bday lol!! 😍
This is the first vid of yours that I've ever watched and because of your teaching style and excellent painting, I subscribed right off (which I don't normally do)! I can't wait to see more! ♥️🦄
It always depends on the kids. 3-5 minutes is my goal for any kid. If I am having a good time with a family or a design I will stretch it out a bit, and if I need to hustle it can be quicker.
I just found your channel and I love it! I know you probably have mentioned this in other videos but what face paints would you recommend? I am looking to start out :)
Oh welcome to the land of face painting! I like tag, but there are a lot of things to consider. As you gain experience you will find your true loves. Don't close yourself to trying new brands. See if you have a guild nearby that jams. It can be great to try out other's favs before you buy a ton.
I found those “wolf novelties” applicators you said you used. It took me awhile cause I was looking on facepaint sites rather than just buying direct. Question: Do you use a new applicator per every child or do you use one per color? This leads into my other question which would be how many do you think is a sufficient amount to have at your disposable. I’m thinking 15 but would love your thoughts.
Good detective work! I actually ran into them on accident, and then ended up loving them. I like to have just a few with me. One per color- in a pinch you can use a different side of the same wand for a different color, but that is far from ideal. Any time it gets wet, you have to use a new one, and I like to have a fresh one for every gig.
I am.havi g a.tough ti.e with fi e lines and its largely due.to my brush. What brush do you use for these fine lines? Are you using black from a pallet, or liquid face paint?
You are my absolute favorite painter ! ❤️

Most shops have them- check out silly farm or art factory. They are called lollipop pop sponges
@@fairyfox thank you! :)
When you paint the dragon at your normal speed with all these beautiful details, how long does it take to paint it?

Love ittttttttttttt
Yay! No matter how many I paint, I still feel like there are just not enough unicorns in the world!!!
You are amazing, what type of paper do you use to do these tutorials? I need a practice paper!
Just cheap craft card stock paper (not construction paper) 65lb or 110 lb is good. Use a coupon at Joanna or Michael’s!

What face paint and brushes are you using??
Tag brand face paint and blazing brushes are my current go to.
Fairy FOX Design - we should do a collab, but I guess by your accent that you are in America...You are AWESOME!! Brilliant Art Work!
Could you tell us your brushes your using and what paint you like
For sure! I like loew cornell brushes and tag paint!

From a pallet. I like loew Cornell- but there are lots of brushes out there made just for face painting.
