This is first song I remember dancing to. This song was playing on the radio and our mother was having us dance to it. Our parents getting a kick out of watching us do the twist. They both gave it a shot to show us how to do it. This was in about 1960 when I was 3 or 4 years old. The 50s and 60s such a great time to be a kid and grow up.

You can’t beat this for changing a vibe to happy. God bless CC.
What a great video,, along with great music, No one even looked high. A great look, along with people who cared how they looked. Wish this was what the My Country was made up of now.
My mammaw was 15 when the twist came out. I can’t even imagine how awesome it must have been to have music like this be your teenage years.
It was real talent. Not the crap of today.
@@tommy7fun what is bad today? just wondering

Gran cantante de la época dorada del Rock´n Roll. Me encantan sus interpretaciones, Fue única su voz.
My standard loved this dance just before he passed. My dad reminded me so I had to play it
What happy song! Sirius 60’s Channel 6 is asking, what is your feel good song? Well, this is it for me. How can it not be? May 2020.
This is a classic. Deserves to be the biggest song of all time on Billboard.
The #2 song of all time on Billboard and the first song to ever go #1 twice!
Getting married in 3 weeks and I am dancing a slow song with my 91 year old grandfather and breaking down to this song as a cut in song.....and he can not wait!!!! He goes dancing almost every week!!!!
Congratulations❣❣❣🌹
I got to meet Chubby C. at a book store he gave out autographs and almost he gave me a cd with his songs I will never forget him he is the nicest man I ever met. Since I told him I was a dj playing at a 50's 60's nightclub. I lot of the Twist were remakes to me it didn't sound like the original I am glad I have the original. 👍🎤🎶🎙
I honestly wish I lived in this era!!!
Me too!!! :)
You just spoke the truth, all the garbage we hear today is twerk the booty, bitch or shake that ass, mami.
This era was all about fun and real music.
I really wish I was in that era, too, Like so bad.
Martín Cardenas I know. This was real fun, real dances, real dates and omg. I'd do anything to go back to this era haha
Rene Rodriquez yeah, go back to this era and dance with you, because you look fine.
Aelius Magnus what?
Aelius Magnus oh, ok.
It is just that she is pretty damn gorgeous, that is all.
It litterally just clicked that The Twist and Twist Again are like musical sequels. This is amazing. Divine revelation lol
Das muste eine schöne Zeit geh Wesen seine 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Merci beaucoup pour ce partage.😀
This was the first dance I was ever taught by my aunt Ada who was a swinger in the roaring 1960s in NYC when I was in the first grade in 1962.
Ouvir esses clássicos antigos é como sua alma te levasse em um passado no qual você nunca viveu.
