    Sir main ne apky tareeqe se cake bnaya mera cake kbhi perfect nahi banta tha likin is baar apky tareeqe se cake aur cream dono bnayi sab tips ko zehen main rakh k and boom ! I’m surprised how perfect it turned out bilkul bakery jaisa bana ghar walon ne bhi appreciate kia 🥰

      Whipy whip easy to whip hai cream ko freezer mai store rekhain aur jab whip kerna ho freezer se nikal ker fridge ( Refrigerator) mai rekhdien 5 6 ghantay mai thaw hojayege to box ko shake kijye aur bowl mai dalain cream bowl size ke 20% se ziada na ho jaisay ke 1 liter ka bowl ho to 200gm dalain takay volume acha aye cream full chilled ho lekan ice na ho phir hand beater se slow beat start kijye aur medium se high per whip kerain yahan tak ke cream aise hojaye ke ap pilot knife se uthayien ulta kerain to cream giray nehi ab ap cake pe apply kerain easily whip ke hoi cream ap fridge mai 8 days tak store kersektay hain aur freezer mai 3 months tak airtight container mai agar ap dessert mousse bana rehay hain to cream thori soft rekhain aur cream salad custard wegera mai unwhip cream ( liquid ) daliye Shukriya

    If we have to make chocolate sponge cake so can we use coco powder including with maida and icing sugar and egg, but can you please inform me that in which quantity do we have to use coco powder, 2 TB spoon or 3 TB with one egg

      Whipy whip cream easy to whip hai , cream ko freezer mai store rekhain aur jab whip kerna ho freezer se nikal ker fridge ( Refrigerator) mai rekhdien 5 6 ghantay mai thaw hojayege aur whipping se pehlay best tempreture 2 to 7°c ho to phir box ko shake kijye aur bowl mai dalain , cream bowl size ke 20% se ziada na ho, jaisay ke 1 liter ka bowl ho to 200gm dalain takay volume acha aye , cream chilled ho lekan ice na ho phir hand beater se slow beat start kijye aur medium se high per whip kerain yahan tak ke cream aise hojaye ke ap pilot knife se uthayien ulta kerain to cream giray nehi , bowl ko ulta kerkay check kerain cream gel form mai agayi hai, ab ap cake pe apply kerain easily agar cream garam hojaye hardness berhnay lagay to kam cream nikalyien fridge se whisk kerain cake banayien, thandi cream ho to koi problem nehi ayega , whip ke hoi cream ap fridge mai 8 days tak store kersektay hain aur freezer mai 3 months tak airtight container mai freezer se nikalyien fridge mai rekhdien yahan tak ke ice khatum hojaye lekan cream chilled rehay phir hand whisk se whisk kerkay again set hojayege in Sha Allah ta,ala agar ap dessert mousse bana rehay hain to cream thori soft rekhain aur cream salad custard wegera mai unwhip cream ( liquid ) daliye cream work koi bhee cheez pochna ho Chef unaid ko msg kerlien 03000543735 Shukriya

      Most probably your cake is hot.
      Let your cake to cool down completely and then start the icing. Then keep your cake in the fridge for about one hour so that the icing is set. Afterwards you can start the piping and decoration of your cake.

      Keep it in fridge for 30-40 min..
      When it cools properly it becomes thicker and will be easy to apply on cake.

      U can get Condance milk from any departmental store. And squeeze bottle I think from any big mall.
