As a Colorado local who loves fall, I get asked all the time what are my tips and tricks for viewing fall foliage in the Colorado Rockies. Seeing the best fall color in Colorado does take some thought and planning if you want to make sure that you have the best autumnal adventure in the Rockies, and so in this video I’ll give you 5 tips on how to make sure you can find the best fall foliage in Colorado!

Glad to hear they were helpful, that week should have great foliage in many parts of the state! Generally you won't need your heavy winter coats, though it can definitely get cold in the mountains in the evenings. Sweaters, long pants, and a decent jacket should be fine. But do make sure to check the forecast before you come, as snow storms are not unheard of even in early October!
