Shady deals that were made in the past mean that they own the rights to their minerals which could have saved Africa from poverty. Before we ask other races to solve racism in the black community for example we need to deal with "inner racism" ourselves. We can't ask whites to stop being racist if we as a community are colourist
I’ve got my own view on Craig after he peddled the narratives about scousers, putting that aside though he’s so much more intelligent and well informed than Poet. Poet poet poet! Bang on the money on dis one!!!! Fix yourself and you don't know how big an impact that can have, you can't just go out and try to fix the world.
Listening to this and had to comment. I'm black, born in England to Jamaican parents, got family all over the world and fairly well travelled. England is a great place to live. If your sick you get free healthcare, if you have no money you get accomodation and money (not loads but you get something) and if you're caught doing illegal ish by the police you won't get shot. Yes its nice to go away and if you want to live in the sun then go buy a place abroad but keep a base in the UK. We have the freedom to earn money, pounds are worth a lot around the world so just stop complaining. Racism is eveywhere no matter where you go. And when it comes to politics unless you are mega poor or mega rich it don't really impact us (just to be clear i mean if you are in the position of earning £75k to £150k a year like i imagine you guys are then you are all good). Me personally i own my home in the UK and some other property. I have a house in Spain where i spend 3 months a year and have my parents home in Jamaica to holiday in. I'm not complaining at all. Life is good and i wouldn't choose anywhere else but England to make it. Just my 2 pence worth.
I know this is a conversation with friends but sometimes having research is so helpful , or having someone who is educated for topics like this helps balance these Convos and can help educate via ur platform. But like I said I guess this is just a podcast that is a public viewing of conversation of mandem
I appreciate the perspective! In the last video on my channel, I create a news satire just on positive news - which includes SOLUTIONS to "negative" things such as racism and NOT just talking about it. I hope we inspire people to think critically about racism. Just subscribed to your channel too!
I get what Poets saying about create a safe space for you to survive and be happy in but how does someone like Antonio Rudiger or Aubemayang create a safe space for themselves when they go to work and get racially abused? I think that is why tackling racism at a larger scale is important.
He’s chatting shit.. he’s just saying it for a buzz and some attention. He makes money from a white industry and culture (Football) ain’t no football market in Africa he will always be drawn back to the UK
1nvasion 9 Check your facts. There is a MASSIVE football culture across Africa. Will Poet be able to crack that? I don’t see his appeal. Plus, he’s not African (predominantly or directly) so the cultural connection isn’t there like with other black people in Britain.
1nvasion 9 Football is bigger than the ethnic make-up of the Premier League. Either way, football is VERY PROFITABLE and massive in Africa across the continent. These are facts regardless of how many black players (of any background) in the league.
Poet has an annoying way of diverting a very good point out of context. People in privilege defo can create a very big change . Eg. Because a lot of men are outwardly showing that they love and take care of their kids, there’s less deadbeat dads nowadays.
We do things for the 'community' which includes every Race, meanwhile every Race has not included us in their community. We give our power away every time because we are so desperate to be inclusive to others while asking to be included too, are we able to lock ourselves down ad keep it Black for a decade or two, if we had do this in the 40's we'd be set but the 60's and therefore mixing and being inclusive wouldn't be an issue. We have very little to give to begin with...we can't share until we have our fair share ! What is the footballers safe space when they are playing the game, just doing their job ??
No,Chuckie our black men need to value us and stop choosing others over us.Now,I’m not saying you can’t be with who you want and I’m not begging black men to pick me.Im just saying to help black women feel valued more of our black men need to value us and not reject us and talk down on us.And not let other black men talk bad about us.
@@yaellapyt6512 Prince Andrew was friends with Epstein, then allegations of Prince Andrew having relations with underaged girls became public knowledge. The media has been pretty quiet about it in comparison to the whole Megan and harry leaving situation.
Creating a 'safe space' is all good and well but you can't say 'don't worry about those people' when they're the reason why you need a safe space. If they're the cause of why you feel oppressed then of course you need to take them into consideration
POET your point is strong about leaving. leaving what?! brudda the system is global so please specify what game you would be leaving? if you leave London what does that do for the game you dont think your in? still going on. all your loved ones in there being abused etc you now must live off of the land. surely your on a nutrient full land mass where this is doable.

This may not be true for people that are older and have already formed opinions, but for the future generations where they grow up where something is intolerable, or null it makes a huge difference
Words have a lot of impact most of it is subconscious
Before we ask other races to solve racism in the black community for example we need to deal with "inner racism" ourselves. We can't ask whites to stop being racist if we as a community are colourist
I’ve got my own view on Craig after he peddled the narratives about scousers, putting that aside though he’s so much more intelligent and well informed than Poet. Chucky, to his credit is a great listener and understands when he’s in a position to preach and when he has to pose thoughts/ideas with a prerequisite that he could be wrong. I wish Poet had that filter, instead it’s like 90% authoritarian spiel without any tangible proof, stats or fair reasoning. They might think need a controversial character for views but I’d take Dan on here instead every time
Well sais
Yo I'm a 27 year old white girl and I watch this religiously, I've learnt bare shit from yous and you've done way more to educate me than Gary Neville 😂👊
Chuckie. You promised me a Love Island episode? 🤔🤔
This could have been an insightful conversation if Chuckie had this conversation with someone who's actually knowledgeable about social issues. Poet has repeatedly demonstrated that he does not have the capacity to have these type of conversations.
This episode was sly hilarious🤣🤣🤣🤣
This podcast gave me jokes, and at the same time was deep!
"Judge someone on the content of their character, not the colour of their skin" - Martin Luther King. Poet would do well to remember this when making sweeping generalizations about 'white people'...
30:17 Fam is talking about Cape Town
Best place uppon things
Your title makes no sense.
icilmaa NICE TO KNOW 🖕🏽😐🖕🏽
Well 1 person in brum dont give a fuck about the royal family #mee
Big up the ones with clickbait titles!
I agree with poet. Can’t deal with this structural racism
ive never been this early, i acc have no life LOOOL
I appreciate the perspective! In the last video on my channel, I create a news satire just on positive news - which includes SOLUTIONS to "negative" things such as racism and NOT just talking about it. I hope we inspire people to think critically about racism. Just subscribed to your channel too!
I haven’t watched this vid yet...... but this title makes no sense whatsoever 🤷🏽♂️
I get what Poets saying about create a safe space for you to survive and be happy in but how does someone like Antonio Rudiger or Aubemayang create a safe space for themselves when they go to work and get racially abused? I think that is why tackling racism at a larger scale is important.
Guy in the orange looks like Junior from Black-ish
POET damn fam common over to SA , CAPE TOWN mandem will appreciate ur vibe and knowledge on making currency
lets all move to Africa 👊🏾 Poet i hear you brudda
You can move. Im staying my ass here
He’s chatting shit.. he’s just saying it for a buzz and some attention. He makes money from a white industry and culture (Football) ain’t no football market in Africa he will always be drawn back to the UK
1nvasion 9 then be the one to start creating one. Not always wait until someone else gets the ball rolling
1nvasion 9
Check your facts. There is a MASSIVE football culture across Africa.
Will Poet be able to crack that? I don’t see his appeal.
Plus, he’s not African (predominantly or directly) so the cultural connection isn’t there like with other black people in Britain.
1nvasion 9
Football is bigger than the ethnic make-up of the Premier League. Either way, football is VERY PROFITABLE and massive in Africa across the continent.
These are facts regardless of how many black players (of any background) in the league.
7:09 We don't care that much in Manchester. Tis a lie dat 🤣
chuckie why ur fly always undone 😂😂
Poet has an annoying way of diverting a very good point out of context. People in privilege defo can create a very big change . Eg. Because a lot of men are outwardly showing that they love and take care of their kids, there’s less deadbeat dads nowadays.
Why is no one talking about YIZZY ???
We do things for the 'community' which includes every Race, meanwhile every Race has not included us in their community. We give our power away every time because we are so desperate to be inclusive to others while asking to be included too, are we able to lock ourselves down ad keep it Black for a decade or two, if we had do this in the 40's we'd be set but the 60's and therefore mixing and being inclusive wouldn't be an issue.
We have very little to give to begin with...we can't share until we have our fair share !
What is the footballers safe space when they are playing the game, just doing their job ??
Epstine did not commit suicide
Poet loves to be victimised when it comes to this subject
He's a professional victim and me too. It's funny how he has experienced everything that someone talks about.
Only white people call people of colour victims when the discussion is race. It's like you want us to never speak about race or something lol
@@maerunway8694 Guess what, I'm not white. How does stack with your theory?
That^
No,Chuckie our black men need to value us and stop choosing others over us.Now,I’m not saying you can’t be with who you want and I’m not begging black men to pick me.Im just saying to help black women feel valued more of our black men need to value us and not reject us and talk down on us.And not let other black men talk bad about us.
A lot of black people are moving to japan and all over Asia for those reasons they feel safe etc
And yet are still seen as lower class
Then they're met with hostility again.
that's nuts, literally. I caught that chuckie, I caught that.
Anyone in the comments seen Three Sister's at the National Theatre?
The prince left because he don't want to be involved in the pedo scandal that's about to hit his family,
ILLY Wolf what scandal?
@@yaellapyt6512 Prince Andrew was friends with Epstein, then allegations of Prince Andrew having relations with underaged girls became public knowledge. The media has been pretty quiet about it in comparison to the whole Megan and harry leaving situation.
@@aisha691 spot on.
Creating a 'safe space' is all good and well but you can't say 'don't worry about those people' when they're the reason why you need a safe space. If they're the cause of why you feel oppressed then of course you need to take them into consideration
Poet is the kind of person in school who had a briefcase and wore a kilt
Britain and France and Portugal and Germany and China still own Africa and the Caribbean. Ever heard of Neo Colonialism?
Funny how uk mandem choosing what topics relevent to them...but never speak on ROOTS of it
IGNORANT UNEDUCATED BIAS BIG MANS
Bless up balanced lion chuckie
Wallahi poet loves to waffle. Let other man talk.
Yo poet. Are Jamaican royalty and black queen's a waste of time? Just curious
Callum never had much to say this ep lol
34:17 too real
I wish I Poet could be cancelled from this show
POET your point is strong about leaving. leaving what?! brudda the system is global so please specify what game you would be leaving? if you leave London what does that do for the game you dont think your in? still going on. all your loved ones in there being abused etc you now must live off of the land. surely your on a nutrient full land mass where this is doable.
Poet's speaking facts here ngl
Fr tho Elizabeth Windsor is the real gangster and that is nothing to be proud of because she is partly the one who helps push this White Privilege to maintain power and control. #HarshFacts
the ripple effect of blacks suffering is everywhere though things are progressively improving individual but there’s we live in an unfair system good could be better .. we deserve it there’s hardly any therapy for what we go through cough we can’t dig up Henry the 8th and examine his body but they can have our ancestors remains , jewellery , in their museums for show it goes very deep have you watched a Malcom x or Patrice luamba interview as a black man in 2020
I’m a German. Do Jehovah Witness people actually knock at your door in Britain?
Fraud D. Yes
