  • This week's intro: Fresh Water Bay
Freshwater Bay County Park totals 21.07 acres and has 1,450 lineal feet of public tidelands. The lower picnic site, concrete launch ramp, sanikan, and beach access areas are open all year round. The upper secluded five-acre picnic area, surrounded by Western Red Cedar and ferns, and upper restroom is open from May 15 through September 15 only.
The Park is located on the Strait of Juan de Fuca 10 miles west of Port Angeles off State Highway 112 and 3 miles north on Freshwater Bay Road.
Park users enjoy fishing, boating (small boats 17 feet or smaller), crabbing, birdwatching, and picnicking. Freshwater Bay is an ideal, tranquil location to launch kayaks and small boats. Once on the protected bay, it is quite common to come face-to-face with any number of marine mammals, i.e. river otters, orcas, harbor seals, dolphins, whales, etc.
Wildlife can also be spotted at the pond across the road from the upper overflow parking area.
Back at it again with another Weekly Real Estate Recap! This week we will be giving a little more depth to 3 Manufactured, 1 Condo/Townhouse, & 13 Site/Built homes that closed this week, 7 of which were in Port Angeles & 10 in Sequim, Washington.

@hometeampowell I'm moving back in a month. Luckily I got an apartment cheap. I know ppl who been looking for months for rentals and just can't find them. Hopefully all the craziness prices go away
