Many people complain that there isn't enough bisexual representation which true.. there isn't enough queer representation overall but. Bi Erasure does exist. This show at least attempts to understand that gay characters exist and bisexual characters exist and no one's erased. Michael's character is bisexual.. you see him date both men and women. It happens, but his overall story is with Alex who is gay. Alex is played by a bisexual man in real life Tyler Blackburn who came out while doing this show so I guess you can say he's a professional bisexual man yes. My point is that it was good representation, because they even have a trans lady in the show. And while the first show did some white washing when it came to the main heroin of the show this show the reboot Roswell New Mexico decided to go back to the fact that said heroin was Latino. There are other gay couples on the show other than just Michael and Alex. And there is one other bisexual character on the show other than Michael. Other gay people other than Alex ( pointing in out again to clarify..) the representation not just superficial representation. 😆 sorry I meant Tyler's a real bisexual in real life not a professional one. The second couple is a gay relationship and in that pairing we have Michael who is bisexual, there's no real clear preference for him even though you see him with a girl before Alex comes back into his life properly. That doesn't mean anything though.. but do they wind up together yes. His sister (Michael's sister) wass was married and then she wasn't and then she dated a girl ,but and then she dated a guy. I don't know really how to answer your question other than tentatively yes the bisexuals kind of leaning toward dating guys in the show.😀
I watched the whole first season, but never saw anything after. Is it worth going back to watch the rest? I dont have a lot of patience for continual shows! But i liked every storyline!
