The group would yell Psychiatrist to allow the psychiatrist to understand that Gregg had broke the pattern/condition.
That way they can look back and think "what has everyone done that Gregg hasn't done"

I think the pattern has to be a bit more structured because the psychiatrist needs to be able to narrow down the possibilities especially since it is limited to 5 minutes.
