1)Pehle kaam "krna" seekho. Khud mei self-assurance lao pehle 1 week tak thoda-thoda kaam krke consistently.Start improving yourself by 1% & stick to it.
2) Now that tumhare andar ye confidence aa gya h ki tum kaam kr skte ho, then, ye seekhne pe kaam kro ki kaam ko more efficiently,productively kaise kr skte ho.Step by step aise build krte jao.
3) Inaction se Complete durgati ke alawa kuch nhi milega.
Kaash ye video 2 saal pehle aayi hoti 😣😔💔. 1 saal pehle bhi aayi hoti toh boht better hoti situation aaj 😬😔😣💔⏳️.

This is the most accurate nd most needed video which i was literally needed right now for my horrible worst life... literally just few days before, I made myself to take the decision, to either, kill myself nd end this horrible worst clinical depression failed loneliest darkest life in which i just wasted my entire life till now nd literally having not a single friends since 2021 nd just becoming a burden towards my family nd wasted every opportunities God ever given me... or decide nd get up nd promise to Myself nd God, to never ever think to kill myself anymore (choosed 2nd option)... nd start getting up step by step nd start following my last hope nd started working towards it with giving my everything... first few days went kind a OK nd i was getting up, but then again fallen in horrible worst level of this nd again failed to follow discipline... nd Again suicidal thoughts were coming nd thoughts that nothing is going to work nd everything seems end (till 5pm)... but then, u uploaded ur this video nd literally again give me guidance properly to get up.... thank you sir🙏
