Gave up watching that bullshit after the first 30 minutes after ATSV lost it should’ve won have no interest in finishing that crap that is a scam and is unfair
Understand what you’re saying, but personally after that and also my personal attachment to the spider verse movies I have really no interest to see what appears to me in my opinion to be an overrated piece of crap that shouldn’t have one
Is he the best Batman? That's subjective, but Keaton will always be MY Batman. This was a great interview and I must say - he looks phenomenal for a man in his 70s.
Excellent Interview. Big Keaton Fan. His take on Batman never say never is promising he is 72 but hes in great shape and after the success in Flash who know what will happen. I think yes we will see him for one last outing as Batman. Very versatile and talented actor.
Keaton is my all time favorite actor. I would love to see him and Burton get a shot at finalizing the trilogy but focusing on Bruce/Batman rather than focusing on the villains too much
I've said it a thousand times before, and I will say it again, but Burton should direct a Batman Beyond movie with Keaton as Bruce Wayne training Terry McGinnis to take up the mantle. I can't imagine a cooler fucking superhero movie. Jon Hamm as Blight would be amazing!
Love the fact that Keaton is still all over the place. I still have hope he will be Bruce Wayne once more in Batman Beyond teaching Terry McGinnis. Fingers crossed!!
Michel Keaton is a legend. Amazing how healthy he is at his age. My favorite movie he's down recently outside of batman is the founder. The movie about Ray Crocker founding mdonalds. I thought he was really good in that. That person was a serial failure, until he found the mcdonalds brothers, played by ron swanson. His batman is also one of the greatest.
I remember back in the early 90s my dad had to watch Gung Ho for a night class he was taking (he went back to school in his 30s). He rented it and I have a great memory of (sort of) watching it with him as a 5 year-old and him constantly cracking up.
I really enjoyed this interview. I would have liked to hear him discuss "Jackie Brown". However, he's been in so many iconic films and I understand you only have so much time for questions. All that to say, great job and love the channel.
Here's the thing: He was on one of the late night talk shows, during the time between NoWayHome and this films's release, and teased being asked to return to do reshoots, I remember.
one of the greats. Yes, he’ll always be Batman, and we love him for that, but he’s so much more. I wish more people could take a deep dive into his career: first of all he’s a comedy genius! Night shift, Gung ho, Multiplicity, Mr. Mom, The dream team, of course Beetlejuice. But then, he also played very intense and impactful roles in dramas like One good cop, My life, Clean and sober. He’s the kind of actor that can pull off everything you throw at him. Actually I didn’t know he was a director! I’m going to check that out, both films.
There are a handful of famous people, artists, musicians, actors, that have helped shape my life and I'd love to be able to just sit down with and word vomit my application at them. He's at the top of the list.
What he says about Tim Burton not being able to tell you what he wants, but show you what he wants, reminds me of what Gary Oldman said about turning down Edward Scissorhands. He said he read the script and didn't understand it at all. Then, when he got round to seeing the film, about 30 seconds into it, he thought "Oh, I get it now"
It was great watching this interview but what’s embarrassing is when Micheal Keaton was talking about Morbius and said, “they couldn’t quite explain it.” Sony… what are doing?
I know he doesnt like talking about Batman especially or speculating, but it'd be really nice to hear him talk about the cancelled third film & what brought him back for Returns. I've always enjoyed Returns more than 89, and it felt like an art/character film rather than a superhero flick & I feel like those art house films & relationship with Burton in this interview is what interests him more.
Not many people my age wanted to ever see a different batman. O.Gs my age always wanted to have M.K as batman. All the others were Temp or fill-ins for batman.
With another Spider-manless Spider-man film , Sony , by taking every wrong lesson it can from MCU and Spiderverse films , will show everyone how to make Razzillion dollars A new Marvel Razzie arrives Its Razzieing time
I love this dude but he is not great with names lmao. I hope those brothers from long ago are still making movies (I'm guessing he means the Marx brothers actually so no)
Thanks for watching! What's your favorite Michael Keaton performance? Make sure to subscribe to the channel so you don't miss any of my chats!
All his movies are great but i think Dopesick (series) may be my favorite, it was so powerful
@@tylerpurrdenI totally agree that show was phenomenal
Billy Blazejowski in Night Shift
It's a tie between Batman and Multiplicity
Geeze, just basically cut off the conversation when he’s talking about dogs…rude. You should have let him talk about his dogs as he was trying.
Michael Keaton proved last night at the Oscars that he’s still *Batman*
Gave up watching that bullshit after the first 30 minutes after ATSV lost it should’ve won have no interest in finishing that crap that is a scam and is unfair
He'll always be the batman
He'll always be the batman
@@SuperCeleste007 as much as I absolutely love ATSV as well I have to reserve judgment until after I see The Boy And The Heron

That Oscar moment with Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny Venito bantering with Michael Keaton about Batman was so funny!
“Batman, that son of a bitch.” Another classic Arnold line :D
@@brysimm404haha Yes, I loved it!
Keaton doing a live action Batman Beyond would blow me away.
Stoked about Catherine O'Hara is back
Bring Keaton back as Batman fans want to see Keaton back as the caped crusader! The greatest!
Micheal Keaton just seems like such a nice easy guy to talk to.
Is he the best Batman? That's subjective, but Keaton will always be MY Batman. This was a great interview and I must say - he looks phenomenal for a man in his 70s.
batman is ultimately 2 people. he was the best at being that. i liked Affleck in that spectrum too, admittedly.
Excellent Interview. Big Keaton Fan. His take on Batman never say never is promising he is 72 but hes in great shape and after the success in Flash who know what will happen. I think yes we will see him for one last outing as Batman. Very versatile and talented actor.

One Good Cop is underrated

He’s such a great actor and can do anything in any genre. And of course, he’s Batman!
So excited for Knox Goes Away!
First 30 seconds should be enough to convince you that Sony doesn't know WTF they're doing.
I really enjoyed this interview. I would have liked to hear him discuss "Jackie Brown". However, he's been in so many iconic films and I understand you only have so much time for questions. All that to say, great job and love the channel.
I'm very interested in seeing Michael's "Knox Goes Away" which seems like a sleeper film.
Got my ticket for that.
Loved this
Here's the thing:
He was on one of the late night talk shows, during the time between NoWayHome and this films's release, and teased being asked to return to do reshoots, I remember.
*WOW THE WAY HE TAKES A CALM SHOT AT SONY FOR THIS, it's rightfully fufilling for me.*
"It was so nuts"....Let's do just that!!! Let's get nuts!!
The slow pace of Knox was brilliant because it captures the mains dementia while operating against the clock.
Of recent, I LOVE The Founder. There is nothing he can't do.
Mr. Mom?
one of the greats.
Yes, he’ll always be Batman, and we love him for that, but he’s so much more. I wish more people could take a deep dive into his career: first of all he’s a comedy genius!

Damn good interview. I wish this interview (and in general, interviews like this) were included on the forthcoming blu ray/ dvd.

The Other Guys! This man is undeniably the funniest part of that entire film! Outrageously funny!
TOM CRUISE = LEGEND 29:31
Can't wait 👏
Phenomenal movie! Finally some great cinema
I CANNOT FUCKING WAIT TO SEE BEETLEJUICE BEETLEJUICE
Burton and Keaton NEED TO do 1 more Batman.
Getting Gough and Millar for the script of Beetlejuice Beetlejuice is inspired.
Josh you're great at this!
My goat getting old but he still got it
best batman ever he is batman (:
cant wait to see him as Beetlejuice again (: and i want to see knox goes away
This was a great interview, but I wish Josh had asked about the last minute change to the ending of "The Flash." I'm still mad about that.
It was great watching this interview but what’s embarrassing is when Micheal Keaton was talking about Morbius and said, “they couldn’t quite explain it.”
Sony… what are doing?
Beetle juice beetle juice
One more time...
...Well?

I’ve got a buddy that I fight with about Michael Keaton hes Batman the others didn’t even come close
Not many people my age wanted to ever see a different batman. O.Gs my age always wanted to have M.K as batman. All the others were Temp or fill-ins for batman.
Respectfully, I think the better analogy is a house of cards.
After the Flash. Micheal Keaton is my favorite Batman
Behold everyone. The Batman himself is here… *Cue the Danny elfman soundtrack*
Josh Please do happy sad confused interview with WINONA RYDER PLEASEE. Call her, we miss her so much😭💞🫶🏻
But I love his films. They’re so good
Somehow I guessed Bill Murray, after he said it was someone he didn't really look like
Still my favourite Batman

The only thing really people should be talking about from this interviewer is the Morbius stuff
Is he gonna be DCU Batman.
Beetlejuice
