Not optimal yet, jus showin what I have as of right now. Still working on it. The vision is there tho.
Edit: I am in fact NOT going Endurance. If I end up doing it, it was just convenient to try. Plan is maximum dodge efficiency + high health + high damage + good character placement (getting one shot randomly by big attacks will always be a thing so you still needa move out the way)

I got a plan around that. Also, as a Rogue / Dodge main, I can't really run Armor. At least not for how I wanna build it. I get 100% Crit Avoidance so I dont need Armor + Crit Avoidance and there's other "defensive" stats I can go for too like Glancing Blow
The main reason I get one shot is because of my HP. 1.4k is low af. A lot of players be near/above 2k HP. I'm lacking a lot of Health affixes

It is relaxed. That's why it be sounding like that. And I'm working on layered defense, but for Rogue it's weird. Cause I'm working towards a primarily Dodge build with hella damage while abusing Shift and it's 80 increased Dodge per Dex for 1s + Invulnerability while Shifting. End goal is to have as close to 1s cooldown as poosible for Shift. Right now it's 2.2s with no cooldown changes on gear + my Dex is only like 12. Once I have the cooldown even lower and I have Dex stacked, I'll practically be invincible besides maybe 0.4s of downtime.
I've even sorta tested my idea out and it's definitely working. When I run around and Evade n shi without using Shift, I get shredded way easier. But when I spam Shift, I hardly get hit unless I Shift into shi and then get obliterated before my Shift comes back. The Smoke Weavers buff Shift a fk ton
