I just got my senior strip tube ruler yesterday and I ordered strip tube patterns today. There will be 5 cozy quilt strip patterns in the package. I am so excited and can't wait to get started on a quilt.

Thank you so much for using a high contrast fabric for your background in the step outs. It really helps me see what it going on! Love it!

I finally got a Strip Tube Ruler! I thought maybe it was just “another” quarter square triangle ruler, but I was wrong. I’m so glad I was wrong! It’s actually the VERY type of ruler I wished I had for other projects. I love that it is also the largest of any QST ruler I’ve found. I’d been wanting a larger one. I am so glad I decided to go ahead and get the Strip Tube Ruler. I say that as a professional ruler collector! I love it! Thank you!

I like that quilt a lot! I do adding the border in that way since many years. The reason was, that I didn´t enough room to messure the long strips, so I made marks on the borderstrip. It eally works great.

Yes! Just be careful not to over-press while it is wet or it might do the opposite. Also be sure not to pull on those edges when sewing them together.

hi PJ, O.E.S.D. is primarily a machine embroidery site where you can get machine and some hand embroidery designs to hoop up and stitch. I have 2 Janome machines and tons of thread, and the sets you can buy are one of the most artistic of any others. Do a search She gives good tips on which fabric she's hooping up, and which sets she's downloading for whatever she's working on. ALL their designs are very unique. it's probably how I'll quilt each block of any quilt

Since the strips are cut in half, you can use fat quarters to make this! Just cut you 2 1/2” strips from your fat quarters and follow the rest of the directions. 😁
