😂 No it's not, as long as you can handle the matchet properly.
You use your matchet, although some people use knife.
There's no particular method of pilling, it's either you know how to, or you don't 😂.

How many days do you process the cassava before frying so as the reduce the cyanide concentration?

Just one day, more like over night, cause your cassava is ready for frying by the next day morning. I showed the presser in the video that completely dries the cassava and make it ready for frying the next day.
