Oh, Lordy, a UP SW10 now?! Gustavtime, you should build a giant railroad museum near your shops so you can display all your restored engines there as well as the ones from the bunker! Keep on exploring! Also, here's a little random backstory. This unit was built as UP TR5A 1873 in October 1951, and rebuilt as UP SW10 1284. It was sold to LTEX, but then someone let it loose and it ran onto the old abandoned railway after the last documentary of the collapsed bridge. It was submerged when it flew over the bridge, and stopped by the force of the ground. Will it be saved? Well, the prime mover isn't submerged, so there's a good chance it will...
Given the amount of engines GustazTime keeps finding abandoned, I wouldn't be surprised if the team finds an engine that makes them go "You're a really long way from home, on the wrong side of the Atlantic".
The never ending saga continues on to be unfolding with these abandoned primary movers.... Have no fear.. it'll definitely be a matter of time before.. the Magnificent Mr. Gustave applies his " Magic " thus bringing back all these historic back to their former glory.... Absolutely!!!!... Let's go and another Mr. Gustave and Admire his work and ingenuity..... Best Regards and Love from George and Irene Stouraites in Andros, Greece..
All these restorations.... are absolutely worthy of a Smithsonian Museum Exhibition... & probably at the finest railroad museum(s) through out the word.... Just really take a look behind the imagination and creativity of Mr. Gustave.... True words have been spoken... George and Irene Stouraites!!
in Poland, unfortunately, we have a lot of abandoned locomotives, especially in cities such as Łódź and Bydgoszcz, our railway companies and, above all, the most important of the freight ones - PKP Cargo In order to meet new, stronger locomotives, they put older units on sidings, where most of them spend their last moments, while the rest hope for repairs and modernization. There are, or rather used to be, locomotives in Poland called SU45 and SU46, they were nice, universal units, but unfortunately only a few units were produced, which is why there are still three SU45s in operation which run with excursion and tourist trains and the last running SU46 made its last journey with the excursion train 2 months ago
Looks in reasonable quality and shape so it should be able to be restored to working condition with a bit of TLC = tender, love and Care. Furthermore how are we going to get the Locomotive out of the pond or river.
Hey GustavTime Great video. You really need to build a roundhouse adjacent to the GustavTime shops to display all the locomotives that have been restored. Where is the abandoned railroad at?? It’s some creepy area out there!!

You need to save that train to put some cars on other tracks
