Not Limited by Time | A Participatory Arts Initiative
In October, I launched "Not Limited by Time." An initiative to remind ourselves, all of us, musicians, dancers, theater people and audiences that we cannot remain trapped in what an algorithm determines as art. We can't let art become a little bite-sized information. Art needs pause, time and needs to just sync in. I have been releasing a Raga Alapana every month. I am very happy that many other musicians, dancers, actors across genres have agreed to participate in this initiative "Not Limited by Time."

The preview on your FB page had whetted the appetite for this experience. Introduces hitherto unheard dimensions to this instrument, freed from normal accompaniment "constraints."

So beautiful...with no click and no clapping I could hear the tala as clear as day, and amazing unity of sound as well. Very glad to be studying this instrument.
