i take yoga, and have 'studied' the hindu/buddist theories she gives in class, Werner parrells those ideas... my instructor says, during meditation, if something is bothering you, look at it, look at the story, its just a story, get over it, nobody cares what the story is, if you don't like it just change the story, move on... lol.. maybe she went through the EST training lol
