Jon - hope you and your family made it through Milton safely. I live in Tampa and I evacuated my family to a hotel near Disney during the storm. Like you, I secured my music gear (including my Pa5x) with plastic, tarps and more trying to get as much of it as I could high off the ground because we are in a surge zone. Thankfully, we made it through luckily with very little damage (downed trees, backyard flooded). Happy to report the Pa5x is fine and ready to practice what I learned from your tutorials!
I am glad you did not have much damage, that storm was no joke. We did very well, a lot of tree debris but no serious damage. We did lose power for a few days, but I had the generator going to keep the fridge running and we watched TV on the laptop. I put out a video on us preparing for the storm and hopefully I will put out another video on how we made out through the storm tomorrow. I got the studio back up and running today. So, maybe the end of this week I will have everything back to normal and can get back to work in the studio. If you are ever in Orlando let me know. Maybe we can meet up, of course, when there is no storms coming. Take care my friend.
The Power of Prayer is awesome. The storm came in 40miles to the south. Which meant we did not see hurricane winds. I will do a video later. Once we get our power back. Thanks for your prayers.
