    Many Thanks. I moved to Penarth in 1983, for 2 years, and saw that view many times. A cracking town and the riverside docks in Penarth were fascinating, pre-marina. I liked the Fag, Plymouth Arms, the RAFA and Tony's Pizzeria by the pier particularly.

    Nice idea for a video. At 0:44 to the far right I think that tall building was an old silo on the way to Gulf Petroleum down the bay. The colour of Capitol Tower looks alot lighter in this photo too.

    Like the photo and remember it well. Unfortunately this is half tide and not high water as you can see the river Taff and Ely cut into the mud.
