1- Two Faces: honestly it is the best 2- Last Day: it has an amazing chill vibe 3- Pop Zey: honestly I think it has the best melody of all tracks it is so satisfying. 4- Pushing Life: pretty great track 5- Deep Blue: it is a great track but there is better 6- The Clock: fast beat and I enjoy it 7- Chalo Sahatte: jeevan was not one of my fav versions. 8- Geek Dance: there is a bad transition from one part to another part of the song 9- Believe: it is okay but u know.
1. The clock (i love fast tempo songs) 2. Pushing life (gives me goosebumps) 3. Last day (good opener) 4. Deep blue (gives me synthwave vibes) 8. Believe (gives me some rock vibes) 7. Pop zey (the middle with lyrics was.. wierd) 5. Two faces (banger, but overrated) 6. Chalo sahatee (indian kofitez vibes) 9. Geek dance (kinda wierd and not so memorable) I wish sfsg was doing steam exclusive (only for 1 year) incredibox versions related to unreleased album
My favorite tracks over the unreleased album was Geek dance, Pushing Life, Two Faces, The clock. My most favorite one was Pushing Life. Edit: There's one part of the clock that has similar to little miss but continues
My personal Top 9 "The Unreleased" track list: #9 - Pop Zey "Pop Zey" is, in my opinion, the most pop-est song in the album, that could easily be on a radio. I didn't enjoy lyrics. I think, Pop Zey could be a little bit better without them. They really sound weird as Artemiy mentioned. Beats are generic. The beginning is okay, but lyrics, once again, are fitting off. Overall, sounds boring. But is it the worst song ever? No. Pretty listenable, but my least favorite compare to others, that I would rarely listen so many times. #8 - Deep Blue Closer to "Pop Zey", but sounds better and have better lyrics. It's not higher than other tracks on the list, because I don't like, how vocals transitions to beats. Less boring, less pop-per, but still not much for my music taste. Not gonna listen much. A gap between #7 and numbers below is huge. Everything, but "Pop Zey" and "Deep Blue", is what gonna get you much more entertaining. I gotta remind you, that, in a first place, this is my personal list, so it contains my personal opinion. To all "Pop Zey" and "Deep Blue", all I can say is sorry, that I couldn't find those two tracks as favorites, unlike others. But enough long and unnecessary words. Let's discuss about actual bangers! #7 - Geek Dance Geek Dance... Ambient with beats... It feels like space and virtual reality at the same time. Out of all tracks in "The Unreleased", Geek Dance is the weirdest. And this is what I personally adore! It makes you feel like a lonely man in a whole rainy neon robotic city, while being comfortably numb and trippy. And fascinating vocals are cherry on top of a cake. You should give it a try! Take a listen and just be in musical trip... #6 - Chalo Sahatee If "Geek Dance" is the weirdest song in an album, "Chalo Sahatee" is the most unique. The only song, using different language, such as Hindi, and the only one, that represents its final release version - Jeevan. I like, when music artists trying to put something, that can differ from everything. And "Chalo Sahatee" is that example. It's higher than "Geek Dance" a little bit, because of its different things, I've already mentioned. But who knows? Maybe I'll move "Geek Dance higher than beta-Jeevan one day xD P.S. Chalo Sahatee pronounces without -h- (Chalo Sa_atee), but it's not necessary. Also I really want Jeevan Chalo Sahatee remix mod! Cheez, please, make it happen qwq #5 - Pushing Life Three words to describe the song shortly: Earth & Sky. Don't get it? Well, let me explain. "Pushing Life" is composed of two parts: The first part called "Earth", which represents the beginning. The song starts with calm beats like an average chill track, only to slowly rise you up to the Sky - the second part. After the transition, "Pushing Life" is gonna feel like a completely different song. It's like you're at the top of a huge mountain, while wind blows at your face and eagles are flying around you. "Pushing Life" literally pushes you to its magnificent culmination with great vocals, lyrics, ambient and, especially, beats. Such excellent work, that feels like a beta version of Sunrise... Turn on "Pushing Life" and be free to jump higher and higher! So, if it's so incredible (haha), why is it only on #5? #4 - Believe Oh, goosebumps, it's so catchy. Believe me, this is the song, I've listened the most. Everytime I wanna check "The Unreleased", Believe is the one, I listen first and cannot stop. It might be generic, but I find it so enjoyable. Maybe because vocals reminds me about "Too Long" by Daft Punk, when Polo tries to sing words simular to "Too Long". Even some beats sounds so alike. Considering both Polo and Daft Punk being french musicians, it's not a surprise, why they are simular. I like calling "Believe" Too Long's small and chill brother, despite sounding like a long track (even with 3 minutes against Too Long's 10!). Pump it up and Chill! The reason it's higher than "Pushing Life" is because I'm biased towards Daft Punk. And I believe (not pun intended) that "Pushing Life" starts being a banger at the second part, while "Believe" catches you from the start. That's just me! #3 - The Last Day What a great start to an incredible album. Good beginning, awesome beats, beautiful vibes and loveful vocal! The only problem I have is it doesn't relate to it's final version, The Love, meanwhile "Pop Zey" and "Deep Blue" do, despite being demos for Beat Sized Beats. How weird. There's nothing I can add. Just listen and you'll understand everything! #2 - Two Faces Like how "The Last Day" is a good start to an album, the same goes to "Two Faces" as an epic finale! It's not a surprise, why it's not only Romain's personal favorite track, but Incredibox community in general, when you'll first listen to its vocals, chorus and dystopian beats and effects. It's great. You know it's great. You knew it's gonna be great after the teaser. It's justified, why "Two Faces" is on many lists as the #1 track. What could I say more? Well, somehow, it's not even on #1, therefore being one of strongest tracks in the entire album with all wonderfully sounding features... How could I even put this masterpiece lower than #1? Am I out of my miiiiiiiiind?! #1 - The Clock Despite "Two Faces" being the best "The Unreleased" track. I know, "Two Faces" is great and all, and I'm sorry, that your favorite track is not on the #1 spot like it should be. But I just want to be honest with myself and put something, that I like more. And "The Clock" is what I adore the most in the whole album. It's so catchy and bangs in Polo's style. I think, it's even more catchy than "Believe", especially the last part, where everything goes fast and Incredible Polo becomes Eminem. I wish, the track was longer, so I could enjoy the last part much longer, but, honestly, it might be just my problem, that can be easily ignored. Huh, maybe I'm really a psychopath, not placing "Two Faces" on the top, but it's my list, boyz! Conclusion: One of hardest lists, I've made, because I like each song (even "Pop Zey" and "Deep Blue", but not much) and I'm still struggling with definitive placements. Sometimes, I might not understand one song, but later on, after a couple of listens, I get, why people appreciate the song that much. What I'll say is that my opinion will change and each track from "The Unreleased" will find its listener! Incredible Polo and So Far So Good made an *incredible* job!
Oops, Artemiy, your like got removed, while I was editing my comment. I hope you'll see my opinion, cuz now it has explanation of why I've placed each track in those spots! Thank you for the video and giving a chance to write an opinion in the comment section!
