After dry bringing, did you rinse the table salt off, seems like they would be too salty if you left it on them, just asking for those who have high blood pressure, thanks
I personally don’t wash it off. I tend to just use a rub that has low salt or no salt. I’ve learned using a shaker and limiting the amount of salt initially used helps. I make my own rub and if I dry brine I leave out the salt of the rub. Hope this helps. Happy smoking!
Yes, definitely worth it. Especially if you are thinking of smoking ribs. The PBC is a rib making machine. They take minimal attention and come out full of flavor and super tender and juicy. I have a pit boss pellet smoker and it is a versatile smoker when it comes to cooking steaks, sausages, and chicken. But when it comes to ribs the PBC just shines.
Barrel smokers are king. Where there is smoke there is fire, where there is fire there is great food🍻🔥👍
We’ve been using this smoker for about 2yrs now, definitely a game changer 👌
Great it barrel cooker video. I really enjoy mine.
Thank you. The PBC really is a great smoker and very versatile. I’ve been able to smoke anything from wings to pork shoulder!
Just got a Pit Barrel myself. I noticed it said 2 hours later…how long was your total cook time? How long did until you were adding the sauce?
Excelente 👌
Thank you! Ribs were delicious 🤤
That’s how I use to cook with the charcoal.. keep the videos coming 🤗🤗
Lol back in the days.
@@allthingsohionnursing126 I still cook like that now lol

Hi,
Does it make sense to get a PBC when I have a Kamado Big Joe and a Traeger Timberline 1300 pellet grill?. Could PBC be better than those?. Thanks

with the Traeger, you can control the temperature....some models of the Traeger, you can control the temps from your PHONE.
The PBC has it's own unique flavor. I absolutely love mine. But I had just a regular charcoal grill before I got mine.
Can I offer a season shaker lol

Quit rubbing the rub. Just pat it on
Not table salt bro
What do you recommend?
None just let them get room temp, pat dry and just use mustard, hot sauce and a little dill pickle juice 😋 but looks 👍
Kosher salt
@@roddgiddens5904 we’ll have to give that a try
You need a table to help set up.
That’s not a bad idea
