I don’t spend any points and save at job offers year two .. than I spend what I can on discounts and leave..skips having to simulate two seasons every week when I have a new build..lol

Everyone wants to be a head coach right away. If im not wrong, Dynasty is a 30 year process..
I take the coordinator route. Like real life its a process, build your coach. When your ready, take the wheel and drive it.
Yeah nothing wrong being a coordinator if you don't have no ties to any team
This what I did with GA state ain't won best coordinator yet year 5 but every DC until my current year was never over D+
You can just start as an OC Motivator for Ole Miss and unlock recruiter and tactician for free instead of wasting points on it. Then you can get bundle discount once you become HC.

If you're boosting your coach you can also turn up coaching XP to fastest too

Video idea: Make an HC solely focused on 3 positions - OL DL QB. I wouldn't go beyond tier 3 in Motivator, nor would I touch Strategist to save valuable points for Program Builder and CEO. The twist...take the first two tiers in Cross Training from Tactician as well. I'm curious about the viability of that particular Coaching Ability. Thank you for all the content you put out.

Is that true and if so, how much in regards to this game? Especially, since you would be focused on fielding the best on both sides of the ball. The QB play would be vital with this build, I think.
NC coach dont have Discount ability. Also the Georgia coach already at lvl 50 he can’t upgrade no more abilities.
North Carolina coach does have bundle discount and uga coach is farming for you not for him
once you finish boosting your coach, is there any way to influence what schools become available for you to go when you are ready to be a head coach? when i search for other jobs, there are usually only the same schools available year after year
Naw the coach carousel is kinda random your best bet is to force loss the team your trying to get a offer from and hope for the best
Also if ur using GA or NC make sho u jus let the cpu auto recruit while ur force winning to get more coins as they get recruits u also level up and get coins as well, so u can get maxed out by year 4, for those that didnt kno

thanks for all your info, I learned a lot from you and agree with almost everything you said except that I learned that georgia and n. carolina are not the best coaches to boost from because they are already pretty high level and dont provide much flexibility to add the abilities to them that you might want for your coach. by using a lower level coach i was able to craft him exactly how I wanted my future coach to be. once I started my real coach i was able to get every single ability that i wanted for a 2 point discount. its more work but your coach turns out being the best possible with no loss of efficiency since every ability was bought with a 2 point discount

@@calebcossey5636 he basically began as a coordinator at uga because he has bundle discount then repeated the process if you are confused you can watch the video for more explanation or any of the recruiting videos
@@calebcossey5636 You can use any coach that is low level really. I had a lot of success with Michigan. But basically you start with the low level HC that is already there, then you level him up to level 50 and give him all the abilities that you will want your coach to have. you have to win 2 national championships with that coach to unlock CEO and bundle discount, but you can force the wins. then once you have that coach very similar to the coach you want, need to hire an OC or DC with very similar abilities so you can take advantage of the bundle discount and at that point you retire as the head coach. he will retain all of this upgrades that you gave him. then you create a new coach which will be the coach you want to use. and become a coordinator under him. at that point you will have a head coach with bundle discount who is crafted in your image and a good OC or DC that you picked to pair with him. and you can level up your main coach with a 2 point discount on each ability. this method is superior to the georgia method because with the georgia method you always have to take a few abilities that are single discounted instead of double discounted. this way you can go to your second school without ever having to have taken a single discount ability.
