  • One of the scariest times in my life was when I was first admitted to the hospital. My time in there was over 22 days and I was in there for a total of 19. I was scared. I cried most nights. Wanted to give up. It changed me but for the better? This is just a snapshot of my mind at those times and my thoughts now.

Thanks so much for being vulnerable, Ray... It takes a lot of courage to talk about these kind of life events. I can relate to your feeling of insecurity. I've struggled with that my whole life. Super inspired by your story and your willingness to face it head on!

Thank you, Brad! Definitely in the right place in my life to be able to share even though it's not easy but hope it can help someone else to relate to dealing with a challenge or challenges. Living one moment at a time.

@@LupusLifestyle So good to hear that you're in a much better place. The thing is, there are so many people that just kind of "lurk" on our platforms that are getting help, but just don't feel comfortable engaging. So, keep doing what you're doing and we'll be cheering you on!
