I like how he tell us about the details, mindsets and strategies behind the techniques so we can better intergrate Russian style boxing into our existing styles.
@@king42894 also very good. Best UK coaches, Frand sands, and Tony Jefferies. Best eastern ones: Frolov, samtren, Shkola, Kitek. Best Americans: Coach Anthony, Tommy Yankello, Precision Striking
Russian School of Boxing, You should post a video analyzing Dmitry Bivols fight style and the circumstances in which the techniques he uses may be applied. This would be great because he seems to use a similar Soviet boxing style if not the same. I respect and very much approve that you teach this style of boxing because there are limited sources in which you can actually learn it on youtube and it also seems to be very effective against the more western styles taught where I am from.
By the way here's the original channel of the trainer from the video. There are lots of videos with good quality subtitles in English, so you may go check it out www.youtube.com/@user-gh7cv4lp8q
It's all good in theory but in reality you don't know what punch your opponent is going to throw. It may be the left hook, so you will get caught if you slip. Also it can be right hand, which means that you'll fall right into the perfect position for him to land the left hand
If anyone has bought the course on his website I'd like to know what's included. Is there more content there? Are these the same videos as the paid course but we just have to wait longer? does he go more in depth on each category? I left an email over 2 months ago but no response unfortunately, thank you to anyone who has time to answer these questions.
I can't seem to connect my lower body(hip) rotation to my torso and shoulder for the hook punch,it's slow and weird, any tips? It's weird how in the vid how to throw a strong hook by Liam Harrison, there isn't any hip rotation yet his lead hook sounds like a round house kick to the heavy bag,in contrast Marvin Cook has an interesting way to land the short hook where a quick circular hip rotation is key while in a bladed stance(he calls it the true boxer's stance) The hook is just so confusing, what r ur thoughts for a beginner like me?
The best coach I’ve ever see in my life
Look up Tom yankello
@@king42894 this guys better. Yankello is more about combos
